        The store assocates at this store can ever assist you with anything. They are always say i dont owrk in this area and walk away or find them yapping with their co-workers. Also sometimes I think the customers knows more that some of employees working there.

              My children and I needed the restroom and almost peed in the isle. I could not return a few items because it was over 3 months however this project has been going over 2 yrs....

                Checking out as a Pro Account
                Check out is confusing. Our non for profit has a pro account and when we check out our tax exempt status is not recognized unless we "Request the Big Receipt" In my opinion, if we set up this up as a corporate account and all the documentation is in your systems verifying our tax exempt status, why do I, as the customer, have to remember to request the "Big Receipt"

                  The cashiers are terrible! Especially in the return area! Janaya is the worst
                  I purchase the number of items and when I finally got called to get run up, janaya, didn't want to pack the bags and pushed the unopened bags in my hand for me to pack my own products! How lazy does it get! Home Depot is in a major crisis with its personnel and a lack of customer service! This is terrible! She stood there watching me pack my bag while she kept her hand on her hip and refuse to help me

                    Dishonest store practice
                    The store is dishonest !!!! The shelve was filled with grass seeds but the price tag said one thing but tat the cash register the price said something else. And the store associates were not helpful to suggest other options even though their flyer had the similar product at the same price. Dishonest and unprofessional practices.

                        Trip to the HD 03/30/2025
                        To whom it may concern that reads this, this Home Depot is always clean and well organized. You can always follow the signs to what you need or ask one of the employees on the floor and they will definitely help you to the best of their ability picked up five items on March 30, 2025. Just regular household items this time!👍🏼💯

                                Great and fun customer service
                                Shopping here is not always so fun but it’s always a pleasure when we shop because of the employees like Dwayne and Steph who are always helping us. These two always put a smile on our faces and always make us laugh. Great and amazing customer services from both of them. They always go out there way to ensure we get all of the supplies we need when they make us laugh. We come here looking for them to help us for our shopping needs.

                                    I bought a set of appliances from Home Depot And they came to deliver. Never call the second number or press the doorbell.and claim we’re not home… while we are home waiting on them .now it’s a problem to get it delivered I am very disappointed in this service

                                      Like to place high recommendations for for Carmen S from dept. 28. She spent what I felt was an enormous amount of time helping me purchase an artificial Christmas tree. She couldn't have been anymore helpful.

                                              I was just at this location yesterday October 17, 2024, and all members of the staff that I spoke with including James the manager were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of the items that I was purchasing. I would absolutely recommend this location to my friends family and colleagues. I greatly appreciate The level of customer service that was provided to me during my visit.

                                                Worst experience with TEMCO LOGISTICS
                                                Worst experience with your 3rd party delivery service temco logistics. You people won’t see a dime of my money ever if you continue to use them as your delivery company. I ordered a stackable washer and dryer set which was supposed to be hauled qnd installed from my basement, the supervisor and the two handymen came to my house didn’t take the new merchandise off the truck, looked at the space and said no they can’t deliver it because they aren’t allowed to lift anything pass their waist I asked was it due to the rail leading to the basement I was told no via FaceTime, my husband who has a bad back even offered to help, they said no. I was their 7th stop for the day so I guess the fact that they had to do a little bit more than the normal was too much, they then proceeded to tell my husband to get someone to do the removal and they would leave the appliances and said persons can bring that down we can call them and they will come and do the install for us. So if you can’t lift anything above your waist how were you going to do the install which has to obviously be lifted above your waist. Then the crowning jewel was the person that was going to do the gas line install had no idea what he was looking at. Now Home Depot if you picked this place to be your 3rd party delivery company I will tell you that they suck. Needless to say I had to cancel my order because they will not be setting foot back into my home. And the credit card that I took out with your company won’t be getting used not now or in the future. Extremely frustrating and dissatisfied with the way TEMCO LOGISTICS handled this entire situation. When I spoke to the Home Depot representative she said that was an absolute excuse not to do their job. I feel very sorry for the sales associate who helped me with my purchase because if she was to be paid commission that has now unfairly taken away. Do better Home Depot.

                                                    The employees at 1215 are not customer friendly. They do not like to assist customers. Most of them seem unhappy, not wanting to be there. The wait for assistance is to long. Someone is always going to lunch. They are on their own journey in HD. They are not cross trained. If you asked for assistance in a different area, they send you on a goose chase to find someone else for help. Their body language shows they are there for a pay check only. I travel to the HD in Long Island because of the customer service. I live ten minutes away from the HD1215. What does that tell you?

                                                          Immediate Need For More Employees & Cashiers
                                                          Store # 1215 requires immediate help. Overall, this store needs more employees and cashiers. Customers cannot ever get assistance on the department floors to help find what they are looking for. Shopping time and Wait time to checkout is too long.as compared to other Queens locations. Store # 1215 needs complete overhaul of their services, so please hire more employees to improve this store's performance because i am sure there customers have written bad reviews for this store as I am doing.

                                                            I stopped going to this Home Depot because there was always a bunch of people hustling in the store and parking lot. It’s hard to find parking with a bunch of trucks all over the place. And how do they rent any trucks with so many for hire in the parking lot. Now to in the store, the staff just stand around while people solicit their themselves. I’ve had guys walk up to us standing in line near the check out and try to solicit themselves. The staff did nothing. They are in the ales doing the same thing. I’m not referring to asylum seekers these are contractors doing this.
