If you are lost and cannot find your way around a hardware store then we are in good company. I used to dread going into hardware stores because I felt so stupid. The first gentleman I asked for help waved me in the general direction of the power tools and said hey - go over there. When I couldn’t find what I was looking for Michelle walked straight up and said can I help you? Not only did we find the reciprocating saw that was on sale but she also told me about the free battery giveaway that went with it she was amazing.

Cashier Debbie N. is a very friendly and helpful cashier...even she was working in the garden dept. at extremely high temperatures she still had a smile on her face....

the store was clean and seemed to be stocked. Employees seemed very helpful and friendly. I would recommend offering face masks to customers as they enter the store so as to encourage wearing them for our safety.

Great service

I have had the worst experience in this store! Im not sure what is going on in the resent weeks, maybe its because of the virus but this has been wild! The first incident I was told the wrong information by one employee, then told the wrong information by another employee, another employee then called a manager, while waiting for the manager an associate decided to get into an argument when I wasn't even addressing her. When speaking to the manager the employee then got in the middle of our conversation and the manager asked her to please go back to the register and let her deal with the situation. The employee then LEFT her shift said "you know what im going home" and stormed off. The manager then tried to defend her actions. Another employee then lied got caught in the lie and admitted she lied. Another incident was when I was trying to purchase flooring. The associate at the pro desk was rude and not helpful he then gave me the wrong information and sent me to flooring, the flooring associate was even ruder and didnt want to even look anything up. I had to drive 45min to another store and finally purchased my flooring. Today I stopped in to get a few bathtubes a front door valves and other misc items. We pull to the pro pick up and ask what the procedure is since the virus is in affect. The man was super helpful seemed like he was on his game... We park and go to walk in the pro entrance as instructed and a gang of associates rudely get on us for entering in that area. As theyre all huddled up with no face protection like it matters. More associates then come to me and give me even a harder time! Only one associate was helpful and told me im ok and can go get my products so they can be loaded! I would like to give a thanks to Bob who was working in plumbing, and Lisa who was my cashier! Every employee in this store needs a lesson in customer service from these people! Im so tired of coming to this store and purchasing thousands of dollars in products to be given crap! Im a in and out type of person! I dont want friction but when someone is rude I bring the same exact energy back! I have spent thousands in this store from my car audio business, to being a realtor and having purchase 10+ ring door bells for clients and being a investor whos spending 5 figures on a renovation and I feel like these people dont care about their customers!

Went home improvement store next door to purchase a mower there customer service was like they were doing me a favor to buy from them. Went to this store awesome customer service department with Laura garden department Brenda an the guys who helped load the mower.

The Doors and Windows Sales Rep was helpful and friendly.

Much of the staff have been there a long time and " know the store", a big help when one does not have time to waste.

Horrible experience with customer service

On 03/09/2020 A cashier angel called for load assistance several times and no one showed up. She said give me one moment “I Will help you” she closed down her register and helped me load 3 bags of salt & 5 gallon paint. I want to thank her so much for being an angel and being so helpful to me.
