Eric B. saw I had 5 4'×8' hardboard wall panels, an 80# bbq grill, and loads of other items. He offered to help load it. I accepted & when he saw how long it was taking to close my ticket, he said that he needed to help someone else & would come back. As a business person, I loved his proactive offer, efficiency of effort, communication & follow through. He loaded me efficiently, with a smile. He didn't waste time standing around, and he wouldn't even accept a tip. Thanks, Eric B!

The Palm Coast Fl Home Depot is my source of choice for so many different products. One could say we have a Home Depot home and property! I always get what I need at a good price and quality, and I always get good assistance from Home depot's friendly and helpful associates! Bravo Home Depot!

The store was clean and Easy to shop. Juan was our cashier. Great service.

Home depot has as with other corporations given veterans a 10% discount but now has chosen to withdraw that benefit for a majority of us. It is apparent to me that the discount was just a short term program where they could say they respect our service but then when they think it might cost them some of their precious profit they no longer respect us or our service by withdrawing the discount.

Wish I could work here.... everyone is always so nice and helpful.... everyone looks like they like being there. I enjoy just walking around the store and getting ideas for my home.

The store is reasonable clean, the employees , some of them, should be send to "Charm school". Maybe management needs to come out of the office and take a walk trough the store once in a while . Employees, instead of chatting with each other, should walk through the isles and sort the items that were in the wrong places, thrown into wrong boxes by customers. Items dropped of by customers in the wrong departments . I realize that H.D. has no control over customers, but it does have some control over it's employees. I found that when you walk into any business you can tell what management is like after encountering the first employee you have to deal with. I am not talking about the "Greater", who is in my opinion just a "Dr.Feel Good" person . Good luck, K.A.

Eric the loader was very very good. I'm handicapped and cant walk. He took the time to load the trailer with about 25 heavy bags and was just amazing. Ran back and forth from 2 ends of store several times

I love shopping at Home Depot.... so much to see and use to decorate and fix my home. The selections are awesome from garden center to the wood department. My husband does not mind coming with me when I tell him I want to go for a walk about at Home Depot. I can always depend on the store being clean, the employees are always smiling and ready to help you, and there is so many thing to see and to purchase for your home..... they also help in guiding you on what you might need for your project..... I never leave empty handed

Visited this store on 5/11/19 and was extremely impressed with the friendliness of every employee that I encountered! Each made sure to make eye contact and smile and offer assistance! My Cashier, Tiffany, was happy and made me laugh! A wonderful shopping experience at this well-maintained store!

I was told I could not use a 10% off coupon that Home Depot Sent me because I had purchased a large quantity of brick Made no sense to me

Great store. Paint dept is on point with color match and place is clean and the shelves are packed out nicely. Well managed store.
