Every time I am in the store everyone is very helpful with finding what I need to complete my jobs.

Went to this store on a cold and rainy morning. I knew exactly the washer and dryer I wanted to purchase as I needed specific dimensions to fit into a built in cabinet area in my laundry room. Upon arriving at appliance department, Lyle, the associate was very helpful in verifying that what I had chosen was a good product and would fit into the area in my laundry room. He completed the transaction quickly then took the time to explain the warranty options as well as going over the invoice several times (including given me the 10% promotion that was being offered on that day) and the delivery instructions as well as how to register my washer and dryer and to receive the preventative maintenance items reimbursement that the Home Depot Protection Plan offered. Lyle was accompanied by a new association who was just learning and she couldn't have been taught by a more thorough and patient person who took the time to make sure that I understood everything from my invoice, to delivery instructions (check washer & dryer for any dents or scratches before accepting as it comes from the warehouse crated), to my protection plan. All in all, a nicer experience than I expected.

John sold us two appliances , he did a great job setting the whole thing up, I used John before he does a great job. We got the stuff right on time, the boys did a great job also installing them at the house. We will be back.

2 guys that work in or around plumbing are so polite and helpful sorry you guys deserve to have your names mentioned ill get there names next time im in the store thank you... ziggy..63

Great store to go to. I always go to this store. The associate - Kathy was very helpful and knowledgeable in regards to my purchases and went above and beyond to help me out. She was very helpful.

Friendly, helpful staff in most departments. Convenient location just off main artery through city so it is easy to drop by to check on specific items or to just browse for new products & ideas.

needs more lighting in the tools department, it's very hard to see the products with such poor lighting.

We are faithful Home Depot customers because there is always employee assistance and fast checkout in Palm Coast. I would say that Lowe's carries more things that a woman might be interested in...curtains, certain types of cabinetry, etc., but we never go there first.

If you need appliances ask for"Janine" -the last 2 months since my home was flooded by Hurricane Irma I have had one bad experience after another. The tide finally turned when I went to Home Depot to purchase 6 new appliances- "Janine" was like a healing angel- she helped me find everything I needed, saved a great deal and genuinely seemed compassionate and empathetic.

I love this store, easy in and easy out. My dog Marty loves coming with me, I put him in the cart and it is always a pleasant visit. You have a great selection of flowers. There is always someone to assist me with heavy items.

Ordered a lawn mower that was not in stock. This new unit was delivered in a crate and Home Depot offered to send someone to help uncrate the unit and help assemble the mower as well. Did not expect that offer, Thanks.

I’ve shopped at Home Depot’s all over Florida and always thought they were great. The only issue I have with palm Coast store is you allow a woman to roam the store in Home Depot’s apron with a clip board asking to do a survey. I made the mistake once of answering the questions. Several days later I get a call about a water softener. I asked how the got my number and they said the HD “survey” I already have a whole softener system. The survey is nothing more than a cheap con game to get your phone number to hock a water softener. With HD close proximity to Lowes I now go there first to avoid the HD con artist.

I have been shopping there quite a few times and have found a great deal of items to purchase. The help has always been extremely helpful.
