Christ ,who worked in the Tool rental dept helped me to select item which i needed than helped me to assemble it correctly. i appreciatly it very much since not many people to go extra mile to help out who is needed for assistance. good job Christ.

Store associates are very helpful and easy to find. Had a great deal on BBQ grill which goes down from over $200 to only $99. Store is clean and well maintained.

I have been going to this store for the last eight years almost every day and Joy is the only associate that remembers me and calls me by my name . Joy is the main reason I keep coming back. thanks Jon

This store has most supplies and or tools we require. However, the quality of some of their basic wood products (1x2, 2x2 etc.) is not very good.

The availability of associates were no where to be found.

Came in for items to repair a broken bottom seal on our front door. After looking at a similar item in stock, realized what I needed, they had what I needed and I was on my way. Great helpful Associates in locating m products.

Mira in special services is top notch. She resolves all issues with grace and class. She listens and responds with respect and does not make you feel uncomfortable about an issue with store or store items. I have dealt with Mira on many occasions and miss her when I have had to deal with others. Some others in store are sometimes helpful when you can find them. Some are like Camelians blending in or hiding out or send you on wild goose chase rather than really help.

Store is very cool during hot days. Very knowledgeable employees surrounding all products. Spacing between products was very good. Sales items was displayed beautiful, and these products were for the average man and the products real people use everyday.

My cashier today was very friendly and helpful, as were the associates who processed my online order pick up. The associates who brought it out to my truck, without waiting to be asked, loaded three bails of heavy chain link fencing and fifteen 8' steel fence poles. I really appreciated that! I've never had anything but friendly, fast, extremely helpful and courteous service from all the associates I've dealt with there over the years.

Well this store is clean , but costumer service is bad, several experience on return item and also , discount on use another competition coupons they are not a god responds on used . I like to go to this one because the other on Lancaster is far away from home , but always we have a bad experience, special from some younger ladies .

The help I received from Elena and I often look for her to help me!! She is great with suggestions and answers to make me understand about the products. I have been going to her for over 3 years since I moved to this area. Thank you for having such a nice person to help people. I have a credit account at Home Depot and I always use it. I am always improving my home and Home Depot has always been there with what I need!!!

I went to Home Depot to look at washing machines. Not only did they have what I needed but they had it at a great price. The associate was very helpful and and knowledgeable in every regard. She made our shopping experience very enjoyable.

Keenan approached us and asked to help us as soon as we walked in the door. Even though he did not work in flooring, he helped us locate the tile we needed and Delfino, who did work in flooring, assisted him. Overall one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had with Home Depot.

The store was clean, everything is organized. Fast entrance, and fast exit.

Need more selection on the pots and planters. The plant selection was good and the isles were clean and well kept.

Associate was not helpful and wouldn't show me where an item was located

When asking for directions to where I could locate various items within the store, not only was I told where it was but personally walked to the location. On other visits I required associate assistance while shopping. While it took awhile to get an associate (they all seem so busy) when I did, he was most helpful, knowledgeable and eager to make sure I was satisfied and not into pushing for a sale. Excellent manners. Makes shopping there a pleasure.

The west Palmdale store only has one scooter for the Physically Handicap. Waiting is sometimes 30-40 minutes for the one scooter. I am physically handicapped, and I shop at this store a lot and there is never a scooter readily available. However, associates are very accommodating and helpful.

The cashier Shirley in the garden department greeted me with a warm smile and was very helpful. She cared about my budget and my purchase, helping me make the right choice because of it.

Was able to find what I needed in garden center. staff readily available to assist as well
