I live in NY and I travel to Jersey where I know I will find customer friendly people that want to and like their job. (will not ever go to the Yonkers Store) I needed help in the tile department and a female associate assisted me and Im sorry I did not take her name. Manager was also friendly and helpful. Paint department was quick and courteous.

A young lady at the paint desk helped me pick out my paint and items that I needed to complete the job ,what surprised me the most was when I was done shopping she asked me if I was ready to checkout and checked me out right at the paint desk which let me tell you I was more than happy with the service .I shop in this store alot and never have gotten such a fantastic service as I did that day.I went back to the paint desk just to get her name and wanted to speak to her manager to tell them how great she was,so i spoke to a man at the desk who i thought was a manager and I believed he told me her name was sasha and was pleasantly surprised to find out she was the manager.you guys rock

Just about everything (and more) you need for home improvements can be found here. From gardening to key making. For every room in your house. Very often, great gifts and novelties can be found. I just love walking down each aisle. Great employees. Not all know everything about every dept but they will go out of their way to get someone who does. If they don't have an answer they are honest about it.

Needed to replace our kitchen window above our sink. Was in and out of the store in 30 minutes and got the exact window we were looking for. Great prices, great service and overall a pleasurable experience!!

First, great idea to pay for mulch at the register and pick it up in a Drive up. More importantly, the gentleman that loaded the car for me were friendly, helpful and quick. Nice job!

I was able to quickly find the 4x8 lumber I wanted and the associate cut it to the measurements I wanted which then let me cart it home inside my car. Home Depot's willingness to cut lumber for store patrons is a really nice feature that other stores do not offer as a service. It is always a pleasure to shop at Home Depot. Also, on this visit, I stopped by another section of the store and the associate told me what to do to get the repair part for an Anderson casement window. Great service all around.

Explained the pro program and made sure I had everything I need. Jorge and Paula were great!

THIS WAS OUR 1ST TIME SHOPPING AT THIS LOCATION (WE ARE MOVING) I WAS LOOK FOR SOMETHING AND NEW WHAT I EXACTLY WANTED AND I FOUND IT AT THIS STORE THE CARPET (AREA RUG) CERTAIN SIZE AND DESIGN. IMY HUSBAND WAS SO HAPPY THAT I FOUND WHAT I LIKED THE WORKERS ARE EXTERMLY NICE & VERY WILLING AND WANT TO HELP I HAD AN EXCELLENT SHOPPING EXPERINCE HERE FORM START TO FINISH THE OTHER 2 MEN WHO HELPED MY HUSBAND TO LOAD OUR TRUCK VERY HELPFUL AND NICE THANK YOU!!

Store was very clean and organize. Associates were very helpful and available at all times.

I was very pleased with both sales reps that assisted me..HUMBERTO was such a big help with loading my vehicle with my 10 bags of top soil..and then i revisited the store to pick up a first time, online purchase..Wait time was minimal and the rep was excellent and knowledgeable..HD had a slump there where the lines were very long, and no sales rep was available to answer a question. Nice to see the change! garden cashier was very hospitable, also.:)

The personnel in the tool rental section has been fantastic and super helpfull ! Whenever I working on home improvement project I would stop rent some tools and get some helpfull Advise & tips . This store tool rental is ten time better than Hackensack tool rental which didn't have the Special crew that cares about they customer , My thanks to Home Depot to having a great crew in the Paramus Home Depot !

this store is well organized and clean. everything we need are always available, when ever we need assistance from their associates they are always available.

Since this is a large store the more sale associates available would help find the smallest as well as the large items available in this store. The sale associates should be knowledgeable enough to sell the products that are on display, as well as new home products arriving. Customers are always please and satisfied when they find new products to purchase for the improvement of their homes. If the product is not available the customer should be route to a store that has it available or be contact when the product will be in stock. This will make the shopping experience pleasurable.

I was able to purchase the garden supplies and all the necessary items available. The store sale associate was very helpful for the exception of loading the rental truck with the 30 bags of Scotts Earth Black Much, 25 bags of Topsoil, and 4 bags of Garden soil. Not enough loading staff members to help the customer load these bags. Especially, if you are woman and need help in picking up these bags that are very heavy to load into the pick-up truck or any vehicle . The loading of purchase merchandise service needs improvement. Thank you, for you concern regarding the customer's opinion of kind of customer service received.

This store has always been the worst for customer service. They act like you are annoying them when you have a question. Zero help in loading. They stand around and chat instead of helping customers.

This store is very clean, associates are very helpful, products in stock 99 percent of the time.
