Store was very good. We went here because our closer store was out of stock for what we needed.

The products were presented as promised at this store. The associates were helpful and friendly. They let you make your own decisions without pressure, but were helpful in presenting the options to you, and very knowledgeable about them. We especially want to appreciate Mr. Bob Evans in the Appliance Dept.

The associate was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly when I was buying my air compressor. He went out of his way to make this a smooth trip to the store even though it was Black Friday. Every employee I came across was very cheerful and helpful which is hard to find these days. I've been using this Home Depot for 4 years now and it's by far the best one!

One of the best shopping and buying experiences I've ever encountered! I walked into the store not looking forward to having to replace all my appliances. Bob - the sales associate I worked with is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I had (and then some) related to appliances and manufacturers. Bob's customer service far surpassed my expectations! I left the store feeling confident in my purchases and excited for my new appliances! I highly recommend Home Depot and this Parker location! The Parker Home Depot is our one stop shopping store for appliances, home products, and gardening. Great service , prices, and selection.

I had a great experience with purchasing a washer and dryer. Ask for Louanne if you need help but not be pressured.

Mike in Kitchen is really helpful and always is willing to help you work through stuff.

This store is well laid out, and it's simple to find what you need, but if you can't find it on your own, any employee here is very friendly and will help you with whatever you need, whether that be what materials you should use for the project, specifications of products, or just simply the location of a product. If they don't have it in stock at that time, or it's not something they carry, they will happily and readily have a solution that is just as good, or even better than the original thing that was thought of as necessary. Just the honesty of these employees is enough to win me over! Love this Home Depot!

The service I received from the store employees was wonderful. I couldn't locate an item, I saw a young lady stocking some items and asked her if she knew what isle the item I was looking for was located. She knew right away and sure enough she was spot on. Upon checkout and in my haste I left the store without my cash back. Upon returning to the store the young man was holding it for me. Super nice.

I REALLY LIKE THIS STORE AND THE EMPLOYEES. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WOULD BE THAT IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO RETURN ITEMS BOUGHT ONLINE TO THE STORE. LUCKILY THE STORE EMPLOYEES ARE GRACIOUS AND DON'T MIND PUTTING IN THE TIME AND THE PHONE CALLS IT TAKES TO GET THIS DONE. HOPEFULLY YOU GUYS WILL FIGURE OUT A BETTER SYSTEM FOR THIS SOON, AS IT REALLY IS A DAUNTING PROCESSING.

Home Depot is one of my favorite places to shop...unusual for a woman to say. . I buy many Christmas presents there and find most everything I need. Replacement appliances have been great. Granite counter tops for my kitchen were purchased at Home Depot some years ago and I have enjoyed them ever since..
