The customer service was excellent and I did not have to look for someone to help me . The associate saw me and asked if he could assist.

E ven though someelse had told me about the product I purchasded...the sales person was able to direct me to location to find the product.

Could not find 3 different. Associate helped find all of them. Cashier Ava was extremely courteous and friendly!

The man in hardware knew exactly where the item was I wished to purchase and directed me there. The cashier was very personable, friendly, professional and efficient. Highly recommend this store.

The plumbing I replaced was a combination of brass, 2 inch copper pipe, plastic and galvanized metal. The associate knew exactly what I needed and where all the parts were. He even showed me how they line up. Nice experience.

This is by far my favorite store in/near Baltimore city. The associates are very friendly, helpful and seem to enjoy working there.

I researched on line the item I wanted to purchase and was appreciative that the web information indicated the aisle number and shelf location of this item. So nice to walk in and go straight to the location with out wandering around aimlessly

The day of my visit I met "Daniel" (wheel chair guy) who was very helpful in guiding me to the right item I was looking for, very knowledgeable.

I truly enjoy this store. I almost know the all the staff. They are all friendly and well knowledgeable of what I need.

I have always found what I wanted on my own or with the help of the Home Depot associates. I have made purchases for over 25 years and have been satisfied.

The store was clean and I had no problem finding the products i needed.

I was doing a DYI bathroom floor project, after laying the cement board down, it was time for the tile. I placed the tile in the potential position & oh my I needed more tiles cut than I thought. Thank goodness mostly straight cuts. I went to home depot to see what my options were & the young gentleman assisted me tremendously. I was on a limited budget after visiting Home Depot several days prior. He show my a couple of options. He went over the instructions with me & demonstrated. The choice made was economical & easy. This young man was very helpful & encourage.

I entered the Home Depot Store on Cleanleigh Drive in Parkville to purchase a certain item I saw on the internet. As I started looking, a store employee came up to me and ask if he could help me. I said of course. I told him what I was looking for a certain model of leaf blower that had a good rating and was hoping they had one in their store. He found it for me in ten minutes. I was in and out of that store in minutes and bringing home what I went for. Made my day.

Had to return item,but had no problem returning item.

The female associate at the counter in the paint portion of the store was extremely helpful and worked efficiently. The female associate at check out was friendly and very helpful. The layout of the store and the excellent customer service could put the most intimidated "Do-It-Yourselfer" at ease, but seems to have everything for professional use as well!

I like that I was approached during my visit. I mean if you see anyone with their head looking towards the ceiling you know their lost. Ha-ha, however I did enjoy my visit.

Went to purchase vermiculite for a garden ... this is not something that many non-gardeners understand how to use. The garden area was crawling with staff. People were helping customers or asking me is I needed help. Best part, they actually knew what vermiculite was and where to find it! I'm definitely shopping here again.

I have always had a good experience at this location, as well as any other location I have used in the past.

This store can go either way, which is why I've kept the ratings running pretty much down the middle. There are days when I think that this Home Depot is the best around, and has employees that are helpful and on top of things. There are other days, when I leave without buying all that I intended to purchase simply because I'm unable to lift certain items or load them into my car alone. Weekend staff seems to be particularly aloof. One Sunday I made it through an hour or more in the garden center without a single employee engaging me, including at the checkout when I purchased more than $100 worth of merchandise and the clerk couldn't even take the time to verbalize the amount owed. My best experiences at this Home Depot have been when I've ordered online and picked it up at the specified time.

An associated directed me to the particular product I was looking for, which was great because I was in a bit of a hurry. The Store was clean and clutter free. The check-out went quickly and smoothly.

at this branch , every of the associates i came across were very willing to assist and they all seem to know everything. it is so easy when everyone knows where anything can be found and they are never to busy to answer your questions. they all seem happy doing their jobs. that makes the environment very friendly and a fun place to shop.
