Always able to find what I need or am able to get an associate to help me when needed.

I was highly impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of your cashier Cheryl. I purposely got her name because she was so helpful. I was in the self checkout line with several heavy boxes, and a gift cert. She saw me , and immediately came over to assist, and ended up actually checking me out herself on the self checkout. Nice to see she enjoys her job, and was very willing to help. I live in Lagrange Ga, and drove to Peachtree City and stopped in. Glad I did ! Not to mention I got a couple of Christmas presents for my husband. Cheryl, Thank You for the Help !

only if you have no other choice !!! this place is a time thief , on a good day takes 3 min to find what you need and 20 to check out, most of the staff is friendly but know what you want before you get there and be prepared to deal with disorganized shelves in 50 % of the store , usually plenty of product but not in place where the tag on shelf says it is. This part is not the stores fault but traffic at this location has been known to at 30 min or more to your trip..

The employees at this Home Depot are the friendliest and most helpful around. This store is in a convenient location close to other stores and restaraunts. Cole and Laura-Kudos to you both you made the trip and the shopping stress free.

Clean, well organized and friendly greeting from staff

I want to thank Home Depot employees: Ray, Andy and Cameron. They went beyond the call of duty and assisted my husband and I. Home Depot was clean and well stocked; we found the wood we needed and their equipment was working so they were able to cut the wood the size we needed. Home Depot made it easier for us to do the home repairs.

Great store with great employees. Very friendly and courteous. I think it would help if there was some app and maybe there is that would guide you through the store. Most people do a lot of walking trying to find what they need

This store is bad enough to make me drive out of my way to go to Lowes. I've had multiple bad experiences at this store

The employees in this store are very helpful and knowledgeable. We bought an appliance from this location and are completely satisfied with the initial purchase process, the delivery, and receiving a credit for an item which was not needed in the installation process. Definitely recommend ordering major appliances from Home Depot and their delivery service.

HD is about 8 minutes from my house, the traffic in and out is crazy, the service is great at times and then times you can't find a person, ask someone aat cash register to call for someone and no help. I guess thats with everywhere, just here seems to be a bit more than normal maybe because I'm here all the time.. Lowes is 30 minutes from my house a bit better customer service as far as finding someone to help. Both places are not so good or expedient on returns. 4 people at the return desk and only one taking returns.... One person helping the contractors..... Good and bad with both. HD is just closer but Lowes I beelieve a bit cheaper and a bit more helpful.

Employees very helpful and knowledgeable about store merchandise. Store is neat, organized and cashier was polite and quick. I will return.

I really enjoy this store. It is well organized with lots of various inventory. Sales associates are always friendly and knowledgeable.

Often search for assistance, as well as the product(s) for which I come to this store in the first-place. Some of my work associates, who are into home improvement and handy man repairs and routine maintenance refer to this store as a "Wanna Be Home Depot" because it falls far-short in both inventory and customer help from other Home Depot locations. With all this being said however, I almost always start my search for hardware, garden products, construction items and home improvement/home maintenance products at this location.

Great store compared to my store in Fayetteville, GA. Clean, big selection, nice people and plenty of help.

Employees not knowledgeable about items on sale. Lots of pointing to an isle #. Employees not interested in serving customers. Bad attitudes. Too bad we don't have an Orchard Supply Hardware in the area. I would go out of the way to shop there.

Collin, Emmy, Terri R., Juan, Michael, Kim in paint, Stacey and Marie are some of the main reasons I shop there. Items not always on the shelf but with help can be found in the upper shelves. Thanks to all of these people who represent you in such a good way!

After two hours with my head in a toilet, and another one repairing it, Joan, the checkout woman, was refreshing with comments.

The employees I dealt with were very helpful. The guys in the garden center were especially helpful, and Aletha at the service desk was both knowledgeable and helpful! Thanks, everyone!

The staff at this location is always friendly and very attentive. As a female who works in a corporate environment, I can appreciate expert advice when attempting to complete a home project.

If your shopping in the Garden Center, look for Atayshia at the register. She is very helpful and provides excellent service.

Bruce is very friendly and helpful. He was able to assist me with products that were needed for completion of the replacement door threshold and baseboard project. Great employee and service.

I bought paint for the front porch. The associate in the paint dept. was helpful and she put the paint in the shaker machine. She was helpful when i asked about the rollers.

I felt confident when I finally decided to purchase the item. Thanks to the 2 employees who took time to share their knowledge and to help educate me.
