I bought a Traeger Flatrock. They offered free delivery and assembly. I said I wanted a brand new one out of the box to be assembled and delivered. Was told it would take a few days for them to assemble and deliver. When it got to my house 3 days later it was the exact same one that was on the (showroom) floor. Didn’t even bother to clean it up or take the sales tag off. How do I even know I got everything that comes with it. The biggest disappointment of the whole situation is that they told me they only deliver new ones out of the box and don’t give the ones off the floor.

Took over an hour for management to come unlock lawn mower after our purchase.

After contacting the Fire Marshall for blocked exits at the front/exterior fire doors twice, in the past year i was shocked to see over half of the fire lanes blocked with pallets of plants and other items. DO BETTER, HD...

I walked into the store and asked directions to find a couple of items. The associate told me exactly where they were and offered to show me to the locations. I know the layout of the store so I did not need that assistance. I appreciate the courteous and knowledgeable associates in this store.

For the second time curbside pickup of bagged pebbles took over 90 minutes to pickup. They don't follow website procedures.

The sharpening experience was great and the employees were very helpful.

Store has odd inventory it the hand tool department. They must have 30 different hammers, and 25 different pliers but some items such as wood planes have almost no inventory if any at all

We have bought a variety of items lately appliances large and small. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful! What had to be delivered: They were very good also! Clean, polite and efficient!
