I don't go to this store often, but when I do, it's because the other store I go to has run out of the product I need.

I was consistently asked if I needed help and the cashiers are extremely friendly.

Found product without difficulty.

Maybe it was a sexist thing, I don't know, but I stood in the paint department between 10-15 minutes looking for the right size paint roller, disposable tray liners and extendable handle for a paint roller. There were three service associates in the area, one was occupied with a customer, two others walked by me and said nothing. Yes it was a bit of a test. I was invisible to them and I walked out with out finding one of the items I came into the store to look for. Not a single person asked me if I found what I needed or if there was anything they could do to help. This was approximately 8 o'clock on a Monday night, the store appeared fully staffed.

The check out was fast and friendly. The cashier was able to scan my items quickly and get me cashed out in minutes.

Staff were very readily available and helpful. Emerald provided excellent knowledge and detailed design guidance. She worked with us to ensure that we got what we wanted and needed to complete our renovation project. She is extremely knowledgeable regarding design, materials, store inventory, as well as collaborated with other departments to be sure we ordered exactly what we needed. She is an asset to Home Depot's Design Center! We will be back.

Highly trained employees and they are not afraid to ask for help if they don't know the correct answer.

Within reference to recovering product with ease, for me, I spend a pretty good amount of time at the Penfield store. I know where most items I require are located. I do occasionally need help in location of product. Every time I need help, associates were more than accommodating. The store is always in an attractive, and clean condition.

I love going into Home Depot, staff are very knowledgeable, always friendly and very helpful from shop floor assistance to quick and easy check out! I always shop at Home Depot for all my household needs. Also love the Christmas department!

As always this store has what I need, when I need it and the staff is always helpful and very knowledgeable. I love that they hire retirees because these people have a boatload of knowledge to assist me.

I prefer this store over eastview...relaxed and friendly..

All A+'s worth going there, I'm close by to it, but I would drive a long way to get there if I didn't.

Less than 30 minutes to select a snowblower ,ask questions, make the purchase on HD card, rent the truck, load and tie in, drive it home unload it and return the truck. Now that is efficient service !!!!!

We can always use more Home Depot's, but this is a good location for the east suburb. Staffing sometimes difficult at dinner hour, but when you get a staff member they are always helpful and knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to shop at the Penfield Home Depot.

The Penfield Home Depot Store has consistently had helpful, educated attendants working there. It makes for a great depot experience.

The Panorama Homedepot located in the great town of Penfield is the best homedepot in both Rochester and the entire USA. It's the best customer service store I've shopped in during my lifetime. I highly recommend this store be your favorite store too, please stop by and enjoy a shopping experience with happy and very knowledgeable employees.

I had a couple bad experiences at the Customer service desk. Needs improvement! I had to refuse to continue to be insulted by one crusty woman because she was so snarky and rude. The right person in this position would go a long way to improving the overall experience at this store. Careful selection of a person in this position is crucial for a final positive impression of THD!

They must think that closing down aisles on a Saturday 3 times when people are trying to get product and then doing it again when they do finally get in the aisle is a great way to drive business . I've never dealt with such rude obnoxious employees . I took my business to Lowes - they were more than happy to get my business and all the aisles were open - what a concept !

The aisles are clearly marked and if I have not been able to find a product someone usually is around to help. And for the most part they always take me to where I need to be. The greeters are always very friendly.

WE HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WHEN LOOKING FOR AN AREA RUG FOR AN OLD HOME. WHEN THE COSTS AND SIZES DIDN'T SEEM TO WORK OUT WELL, THE DEPARTMENT MANAGER HELPED TO CONVINCE US TO BUY A PIECE OF ROLLED CARPETING AND HAVE IT BOUND OFF. THAT WORKED WELL AND WE APPRECIATE HIS TIME TO HELP US.

I am always greeted by someone when I enter the store and asked if they can be of assistance. When walking through the aisles, someone asks if they can help. When I have a home problem and no solution, someone will make helpful suggestions or find another employee who possibly could help.

I'm a first time homeowner. Everyone I talked to was very helpful
