A great store because of great staff

From the folks in Customer Service to any department employee I have met.; professional, friendly, and knowledgeable service is always the norm.

The Store is good. We enjoy shopping there. The only improvement I can think of, and it is not a Home Depot problem , is that the store and most of all the other stores near by are in the valley and the cell phone reception is either poor or non existent. Not a huge problem but If I want to contact someone at home about a product I they might need or to ask a question about a product, I forget and then realize the call doesn't work because of no reception.

Andrew was very knowledgable and helpful with our questions on dimable recessed LED lighting. We also purchased paint on the same day and the associate in the paint department was very helpful. The store was clean.

I just love this home depot! Perfect size, great service, easy to find help and what I am looking for! And I can bring my dog!!

Herb, a Vietnam Nam veteran and a lovely gentleman, helped me load my car with very heavy paving sand. We had a nice conversation, and he was a great representative for the good service I almost always have in the Penfield NY store. I commend him, and I always look for him when I go to the garden and yard areas.

I had a wonderful experience at the Panorama Trail location on Monday. It was raining and I needed 10 bags of mulch. The employees in the garden section...2 women and 1 man...never made me feel bad about making them come out in the rain. (I thought I was just going to pick it up outside but they only do that on weekends.) I apologized and they all said it was not a big deal and it's just part of their job. Smiles on their faces...chatting with me...They sure made me feel like a valued customer. Thank You!!!

I really enjoy shopping in the Penfield Home Depot. It is conveniently located and is neat and well organized. I usually find what I'm looking for and get good ideas from displays in the store. The employees are also helpful and friendly.

This store's level of service has fallen off a cliff. Unless they get their act together, I will not be going to the Penfield store in the future.

Very helpful employee’s

This Home Depot cares more items than others that I've been to. Contractor item that you may not get in other places.

Great customer service. Shelf was empty for the item I wanted to purchase since it was right after the holiday weekend. An employee went out of his was to check if there was more stock and found more of the item. He took time out from his lunch to do this for us. I did not get his name, but he was a Vietnam Veteran.

Store had a good selection of hardware and was effectively organized. Store did not make it easy enough to purchase U.S. Made items instead of foreign manufactured items

Kim & Mike in hardware gave me a 5 star customer experience. Great teamwork!!! I was given 20 or more minutes of time just to help me select something as simple as a keychain!!! That speaks volumes for the culture of the store. An incredibly small ticket item and they helped me find prices, suggest alternatives, let me try them out and make sure I was happy. And I’m thrilled with the keychain I purchased. I’ve bought big ticket items and not received the customer service I was given here. Amazing store.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful; they always direct me to the right tools and materials based on the home project I'm doing. Jim "Deadbolt" Dalton is especially helpful!

In the past I would have given this store a 5 star rating. Not anymore. Somethings happened at the Penfield store and the level of service has gone out the window AND try and find a live cashier to check you out. At times you might get lucky, but not always. Wishing they'd bring back the old service level we grew to expect and appreciate.

The Home Depot at the Penfield location is a great store. The garden center is amazing. The variety of flowers that they carry is wonderful. The fruits and vegtables that they have is also a nice variety. You can always find what you are looking for at this store. In every department they have a wide variety of products for you to choose. Employees are always around if you need help in finding something.

I was in the nursery/landscaping business for over 45 years and know how to take care of plants. This store has well taken care of plants. Watered the way they should be and "dead headed" as well. You as a consumer should get your plants and whatever other needs you have at this Home Depot in Penfield NY. The store is very clean, employees are knowledgeable and willing to help.
