The store was clean, did not take long to find an associate to help that was also knowledgeable about my project. However the cashier was not that friendly but it was minor because my overall purchase and project was successful . More importantly it was for a nominal price so it’s a win win...

Great stock, but pre-cashier and cashier were complete a-holes!

The employees in this plumbing department are especially well informed, very helpful and willing to spend the time required! Cut my shopping time down significantly and ended up making a couple of great recommendations. I appreciate the helpful culture of the store associates.

This store was neat with no obstructions sitting in the aisles. The employees were very friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman (I failed to get his name) that carried my package to the register for me.

I do not live far from this store and I go there at least once a week to purchase something I need. I bought the white plastic fence from Home Depot and it looks as good as the day I put it up. My neighbors just love it. I am so happy it is not far from my home!!!

The store is always clean and the employees are always helping you find the item that you’re looking for. They are always on top of knowledge here at this store. I come here about 3 times a day and check out with the same cashier majority of the time and she is awesome! me and my husband absolutely love her .

Great Store with great customer service!

This store is one of the nicest Home Depot stores I have been in. I have been in several in the metro Atlanta area while visiting family.

Professional people, courteous and informed about every area we needed advice in, amazing,pleasant and knowledgeable sales associates. No wandering around aimlessly here, every employee we came in contact with offered assistance and were extremely pleasant and our experience here was over the top. You should advertise that this is a SUPER store, just unbelievable for service and attitude!!!!! Beautifully lit, clean and so well organized!

Employees went beyond just selling a product, they also took personal interest in explaining the appropriate procedures of installation, and made sure that the correct procedures were going to be followed.

Having problems with my 20 yr.old chain saw took it in to be repaired.. Steve whom I've known before on other repairs for me informed me chain saw couldn't be repaired ( I totally agreed). So I asked him to help me with a replacement. Told him what I needed chain saw for and in no time he had one for me. I call before I come in to make sure he is available as I must have good service and want all my questions answered promptly. That's STEVE! Also the other employees in your store are nice too. Love doing business with JoAnn in the special order dept. Sherri too

I always find what I want easily or sometimes with assistance. The employees are friendly, available and ready to help! Additionally, you can take a well-behaved pet into the store! Prices are good, and check out is smooth as are returns and exchanges. Love the place.

I appreciate how will the employees work with each other in assisting the customers always making sure they may contact to see if you need any help taking you right where the product Is located instead of just telling you what Isle it’s on listening to what your plan is for your project then helping to collect all the supplies making sure you have a buggy or a cart that will handle your items and pleasant during the check out offering to have people help load if you need so everyone does an absolutely fantastic job I love going to Home Depot.

I have used HD for years for flooring, etc. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and patient with me!

We had to order a couple big items and Sherri was very helpful. She made sure we were getting the door that we wanted and then helped us order a couple gates and made sure that we had all of the necessary components to install it ourselves. She was very helpful and very nice too!

I use this store for all my home improvement needs and always received excellent service.

The agent went out of his way to get the price plus put them on my rollater so to purchase them which is exceptional.
