Always Helpful and Courteous! Employees always go above helping you out. Better shopping experience than Lowe's for sure! At Lowe's you always roam around trying to find someone to help you.

Friendly customer service and very helpful. Dennis in lumber went above and beyond in helping me cut my plywood. Had a disappointing experience at another location and happy to find that the Perris location hires knowledgeable and helpful staff.

All Home Depot Store that I have been to are very clean and the shelves are very well stocked with material. The employees are very kind, customer service or any employee knows exactly where ever thing is... It's a pleasure shopping at any Home Depot Store. Thank You

Customer service was horrible, no one on floor to help, and getting someone to come help is very difficult. The associated where busy with each other and not paying attention to customers. I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET ASSISTANCE!! I asked several time for help finally found what I was looking for. I will not shop at this location ever again and I will mention my poor customer service experience to who ever will listen

Over the years, I have shopped at many different Home Depots both in California and across the country. The employee's at the #6875 Perris store have always been highly knowledgeable and have always been able to help me out. More importantly though is that whenever I have had to ask for help (does not matter where in the store or what department it is that I stop an associate) he/or she has always been polite and has either helped me out themselves or taken me to another associate that could help me. It is rare to find that the majority of employee's in any store, whom are willing to help a customer out these days. The managers and employee's at the #6875 Perris store should be commended for doing such an outstanding job! I'll shop there for all of my home and yard projects and recommend this store to friends and neighbors.

The store was clean and had a lot of product on racks. No need to go and look anywhere else.

Even though the checkout lines in the Garden area are sometimes long, I love this store because of a Garden employee whose name is “George “. He really enjoys his job, is knowledgeable and is why I will return to this store. Thanks, George, for assisting me with my plant selection and checking me out as well!

Lack of civil manners from people over the phone, then they put you on hold with this annoying music loud and crazy, when they answer or call you is almost they are doing you a favor or make you feel you are asking for free stuff, delivery shorts plus bad attitude from driver regarding placing stuff at your convenience, he told my wife “I have a lot of deliveries, there you go and bamb throw the load at the uneven floor making the wood bent” that is not counting with the mean lady that schedule the delivery I tried to pick a time and she said “no,no,no you choose the 79 dollars delivery and that goes from 6am to 8pm depending on deliveries” that I wasn’t aware when did the order other wise I will pick up my self, horrible experience on my $3000 spend on lumber for a patio, never again!!!!, didn’t deserve the one star but you have to pick.

The store is well stocked and parking is easy and plentiful. All employees I asked questions of were polite, friendly and helpful.

This is one of the best Home Depot stores; all their employees, especially America, are courteous, professional, and most important well educated on product knowledge and where items are located in the store. America in particular helped me download the Home Depot app with the store locator that gives you the isle and bin number where your item is located - and taught me how to use it as well! (for those of you that do not know - this app enables you to go directly to your item without help from an employee and find exactly where your item is). This is an exceptionally clean and friendly store - I'm a contractor and need to be in and out as quickly as possible and have always experienced speedy and professional help due to employees who are well educated on product knowledge and location of items (you'd think they attended University of Home Depot!). I've been coming here for years and by far this is my choice of Home Depot stores - clean, well organized,and very educated, friendly and professional employees. Shop here for a quick and pleasant experience!

I moved to Sun City a little over 4 months ago and there were a few things that I need to fix in and around my mobile and the employees there when I asked would help or find me a person that could help thank you

Came in get Birthday Gift for my Son. On 3/31/18 found the Item. Was easy day for me knowing I am Retired living on a fix income. So Price Item was very Fair Price. Plus, I m only 2 blocks away from this Home Depot, got some flowers to myself to plant in my Garden. Thank You, all staff @ Perris

We went to Home Depot today for our usual weekly run. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful all throughout the store. Jessica was our cashier and she was very pleasant to work with. She greeted us with a warm smile and was very efficient and professional.
