Had family over for a BBQ and of course, last minute my old grill didn't work. Had to rush to Home Depot to replace it. The associates really went out of their way to get me in and out very quickly and saved the day. Yes Home Depot, You NAILED IT !! Thank you very much.

My husband and I came in looking for this Golden Retriever Christmas Dog. They were sold out everywhere. Mind you this is in Oct. This silly thing is all over tiktok. Well Patty said let me look to see if we have any more in any of the other stores. She searched and searched, to no avail. We had our Dog Cooper with us who just so happens to be a Golden retriever, which is why it was so important to us. Patty quickly pulled out a little notebook and said, let me get you name and number you never know, maybe someone will return the one they bought. I thought wow that is such a nice thing to do. But I didn't believed that she would really call if one came in she was so busy and that is a busy store. Unbelieveable, Patty called me this morning aand said that someone came in and returned the item, I even heard that another customer service team memeber said, hey I think Patty was looking for this Dog for someone and held it to ask her when she came in. Well Patty came in very soon after and gave me the call. I have never in my life had customer service like this before!!!. This Home Depot is the best because they hired the nicest people Every store needs a Patty!!!!!

My mom wanted a board to connect her great grandsons train track we were not sure we could find what we needed but we did. Then how to get this home was the next concern. Home Depot staff to the rescue. The tied it to the roof since we only needed a short distance. They knew exactly what tools were needed. Happy mom and grandson

I purchased a large quantity of doors and some doors came in wrong. My remodel project was hitting a wall with time running out to finish on time…thats when Allyson came in. Straight up SUPER HERO! She helped to resolve all the problems I encountered with the doors, to include additional assistance on other jobs I had going on. Because of her, my family and I will be celebrating our home with friends and family this weekend. Allyson-you are appreciated more than you know! Keep up the good work Home Depot needs employees like you for sure.

I have always experienced friendly and helpful Home Depot employees at the Perris store.

I'm always approached by employees asking if I need help. finding what.I.need.and where to find it also your employees are very knowledgeable about the products and services in their departments.

I have bought all of my appliances at this store the last seven years. I have never had a bad experience. All the employees are always friendly and helpful. Fernando Torres helped me last night when I came into the store to purchase a electric dryer. He was polite, kind, professional and so helpful. He made my buying experience a pleasure. He answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. He should be a manager and a trainer. Truly an asset to your store
