The store associates are always very helpful and knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. Products are easy to find, overall a great experience.

As soon as my wife and I entered the store, a store associate greeted us and directed us to the product that we were looking for.

The store is always clean. Employees are always ready and willing ti help. I recently bought a large lawn tractor and they went over and above helping and refused the tip i offered them. That's not a good policy. They deserved the tip and refused again and again ti accept it. That is an honest employee.

We need two animal traps and only one was in the store. A store assistant asked us if we needed help and we did. We told me that there was only one animal trap in the store and that we needed two. He checked if there were more available and there were. He bought it back to us. He was very helpful!

I always enjoy shopping at Home Depot, there are so many items for the home. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Home Depot's vary much by location. Some, if closer to "big cities," are a bit less helpful. Store 0931 in Phillipsburg is one of the best. The same staff members can be seen month after month, and they're mostly very helpful. You end up getting to know them! And they don't give you a hard time if you're truly dissatisfied with something, and actually go out of their way to accommodate good customers.

The store associates are knowledgeable, pleasant, and always helpful. As large as the store is I find it to be well organized and easy to find things, but I often ask for directions first when I walk in the door. I noticed that recently they have someone standing at the door for that purpose. The choices of products in each department are beyond what you find in other stores. If you can't find it here, you'd be hard pressed to find it somewhere else. This item may seem minor but the women's restroom is the cleanest I've seen in almost any store! All in all, I enjoy shopping in this Home Depot in Phillipsburg, NJ. Great job!

Helpful-without-being-intrusive staff, more than one went out of her/ his way to help. Associates seemed knowledgeable of the products, showed options. Even gave use directions without that condenseding tone sometimes women face in these kind of shops, very professional.

The people that work in the store are very helpful. If they don't know something, they will find another person that works in the store to help.

Bought a new LG Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and gas range. Installation by HD was on time and professional. We shopped at other appliance stores but got the best prices and most knowledgeable associate (Tracey) at Home Depot. We are very happy with all our appliances.

I'm never disappointed when visiting this store. It almost always has what I need at reasonable prices. There are always several associates available to answer questions, help me find a product, help load my truck, etc. I probably shop at this store 25 times for every 1 time I shop at a competitor that's located across the street.

I needed paracord and was running in before heading to the grocery store. Paracord was where I expected it to be and cashier was friendly and helpful. Great trip and only lasted 10 minutes tops.
