I rated it average because like many other places that have people that are not social towards customers and will not approach customers to see if they need help, this one has them too. I will say that I had a bad experience with one employee specifically on 5/6/21 that may have just been having a bad day (but you do not treat customers the way he did); but my experience was significantly improved with the help of Victoria.

Helpful employees. Well stocked store Lovely nursery

The sales associates, from the paint department to the cashier, are friendly and professional. They know their stuff, and are ready to assist when needed. One associate even took the time to walk me over to the product that I was looking for. The store was clean and well stocked for what I was looking for.

Went to store in the early morning on a Sunday. The store was full of employees with only a handful of customers. Nobody would ask if I needed help. Finally approached the 3 employees stretching and yawning at the completely empty self checkouts. They said we will page help. After standing around another 5 minutes watching multiple other employees walk by I decided to leave.

Associates at Customer Service are very helpful

Sheila the front ended manager was super helpful in helping me with a mid-priced plant. She was so sweet she actually made me tear-up with kindness.

If you have flooring needs see George in flooring at the Laveen store , He is really good , you will be satisfied

The store is well kept, the staff is prompt and precise to help you every time. And customer service is excellent. Never have an issue.

The store was dirty and the associate and managers do not make customer service a priority. Most of the associates are high school aged and are not knowledge or want to assist. The manager are responsive when called or paged to assist.

The store was clean the staff is always willing to help making it a pleasure to shop.

The front store greeter looked at me, turned the opposite way and acted like I didn't exist. I found it odd and walked by. Then the greeter turned toward the next person entering to greet them. A person who was not African American or a female, so I think I would not revisit this store because I did not feel welcomed nor did this store truly want my business.

They help me right away

Every single time I go into this Home Depot an employee is there to help. I don't have to walk far to find someone. I feel like the employees know what they are talking about and feel confident that I'm buying the right equipment. Every single employee has been friendly and goes above and beyond.

I had an amazing customer service experience with a cashier Jackie, and the front head cashier/manager Sheila. They were very helpful and took the time to assist me with a bill adjustment at the customer service desk. Both of these employees deserve a big praise from their managers/corporate office,

The sales Cashier "Shane" in the Garden Dept was VERY courteous and helpful during my checkout. This was my second trip to the Garden Department in two days and on both occasions he was attentive and cared for his responsibility in an excellent way.

Clean, Organized , helpful, as a costumer that’s all i need

The associates were very helpful. They were able to help me find everything exactly how I needed them. Even the assistant store manager asked to see if there was anything else that I needed. An associate from a different department was even able to help me when the ones from the paint department were attending to more customers’ needs. The store was clean and the items that I needed were in stock and ready for purchase.

Yes! I was looking for help! Dave came to the rescue. I was lost looking for materials for my gate and he came to the rescue. Not only did he help, but he showed me how the material should work! Thank so much Dave for your patience and guidance, it was greatly appreciated!
