This store sucks!

Exceptional employees rule this store. I can't say enough about them except that I've received service that has exceeded my expectations. I also have two suggestions. The Home Depot survey in general should rate professionalism and results versus just friendliness. Secondly, I've experienced interruptions from your internal communications system which interferes with the flow of the customer experience. I would recommend a simple button to signal that the associate is with a customer. During training, I would also encourage other associates not to interrupt an associate during a customer meeting. This makes the customer feel that the relationship with the associate's colleague is more important than the customer.

This is the closet store to my home and I can not always go to stores that are a long drive away.But I will say this store manager Ron and assistant store manager Joseph respond to you in the right way under the company guidelines and still do their best to help you when they can are unable to lower a price at the same time.Worker Mike and Louie give you great help when you need it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From hardware, to building materials, to rentals all the way to the cashier. Everyone was absolutely excellent!

Store is always clean, and associates are helpful. Mike in lumber or maybe plumbing ? is always easy to find for help, anywhere. And also very knowledgeable. Sheila is great !! Can answer any question, and always with a smile. Rodo, such a gentleman !! Offers to help load merchandise in a cart, or in your vehicle. These associates are superstars, and I am in this location quite often. Thank you.

I LIVE 22 MILES FROM THIS STORE. HOWEVER, I MADE THE DRIVE TO PURCHASE A LAWN TRACTOR. EVERYONE I SAW IN THE STORE WAS HELPFUL, COURTEOUS, AND MADE IT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO HELP ME OUT. THIS IS BEST RUN HOME DEPOT LOCATION I HAVE BEEN IN TO DATE. I AM IN A HOME DEPOT STORE 2-3 TIMES A WEEK AND HAVE PROBABLY BEEN IN 5-6 LOCATIONS OVER THE YEARS. KEEP UP THE OUTSTANDING WORK!

best off all home depot in phoenix. no wait time for checkout and all people very friendly. unlike the tempe store by az mills which is the worst

This store rocks, every associate is helpful, kind and uplifting. They take pride in their job and it shows. Chris went above and beyond in helping me through both trips it took to get what was needed for my project. I was really impressed by his thoroughness in helping me and how he created a usable product out of another product in order to meet my needs.

There are 2 people here that I've dealt with over the past 9 months who have talent. Trying to get assistance from anyone else is an exercise in frustration. This location and the one on Thomas are the 2 worst locations I've ever had to use spanning 11 states.

Go to Home Depot for all your hardware needs great prices and sales reps know their stuff.

Just the other day I needed a very specific piece of tile and when it was determined that you didn’t stock it your associate told me of two different specialty tile suppliers who stocked what I needed. Now that is great service!

Store is always clean, employees always helpful. This is a smaller Home Depot and sometimes they have not all items in stock and they refer us to the bigger store on McDowell

The store has great "discounted" areas and each aisle is kept neat. There is always staff available for assistance when needed. Sheila, the store manager/supervisor is exactly what The Home Depot needs. Always so knowledgeable and helpful...

I always have a good or great experience at this store. When a Home Depot associate sees me, they will ask me if I need help. The check out sales personnel are pleasant every time I got to check out.

This is an outstanding store to shop at! Every time we shop at this Home Depot, the staff is great, the service is outstanding. We have shopped at other home improvement stores and none of them come close to Home Depot's Professionalism and Service! At our Laveen Home Depot, it's like shopping with family and or friends!,.......they all treat you as if they know you personally and that alone means everything! This is the best Home Depot I have been into since arriving to Phoenix from the Bay Area California, 12 years ago. I have always found what I visited the store for. No long lines, no needless being lost or confused. The staff in the lumber department is excellent and they seem to work as a team. I had a problem looking for a specific water-proof wood for under the laundry sink....they helped me and cut it to the exact size needed. The workers were very professional and helpful.

I have been using this Home Depot a lot since moving into my new home. I feel like is have been there daily for one reason or another. Always friendly service and the employees are knowledgeable when I explain my goals

This is by far one of the nicest,clean and helpful of any Home Depot I've been to. With employees like John,Christina,at the help desk,and Charles in electric on this most recent visit, you can't go wrong. I don't usually make these reviews but you guys deserve it .
