My wife and I had a quote done for flooring in our new home and we had some questions about it. We came into the store and Yukria (spelling might be wrong) helped us and she was amazing. She answered all questions we had, broke down the prices, made recommendations on quarter rounds, and saved us money! She even noticed that I was a veteran and let me know about the veteran discount which I thought was awesome of her. She really seemed to care that we got the best product at the best price for our family. If her boss reads this give her a raise because she deserves it.

The store had great availability of the products I needed and their helpfulness to accommodate me with information on products as well as assistance in purchasing the items, with great consideration in seeing that I got the best price with discounts available possible. Was very pleased with all aspects of my visit to this store.

I absolutely love this store and the knowledgeable associates. They are friendly, caring and compassionate. I can't speak highly enough about my experience here. I consider the staff and this store my second family and home. They always point me in the right direction.

I had an associate cut a piece of wood that was part of their scrap wood and he was very helpful and stated that I did not need to pay for the piece of wood. Wow!

Recently, we had to use a few other Home Depots around the state of AZ. It made us realize how great the service is in Laveen. The associates in the different departmenst are helpful and friendly. The store is laid out in such a way that it is easy to go in, find what you need and get out in a short time. This store has a lot of product I use on hand all the time which makes it so easy to shop here. I always have a great experience with the employees, they are friendly, helpful, very pleasant to talk to. The cashier Linda was very helpful in asking if I found everything I was looking for. Which I had forgot to get something. I went back and picked up what I forgot. She thanked me for shopping at this Home Depot and asked if I would be interested in applying for a Home Depot credit card to make shopping easier in the future. I replied I already have one. She asked if I was interested in a business card. which I already have one as well. Linda thanked me for being a loyal customer. She is a very delightful cashier and just makes the experience of shopping at this Home Depot a delight. I would highly recommend this Home Depot for PRICE, QAUNTITY, QAULITY, FRIENDLYNESS, and FAST CHECKOUT!

My experience was great. Joey assisted me seconds after reaching the department. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I also needed help in Service and the two associates were very friendly and helpful as well.

Love the fact I can run in and out and grab the materials I need and the assistance loading my truck if needed!! Great cashier and always friendly staff!!

Home Depot was apparently out of some featured insect; bug and ant spray which was not available on the appropriate shelf. Staff was willing and able to and either confirm that one box was in the warehouse and not readily accessible for stocking. Another associate Len, took the initiative to suggest that I select another closely related item and she would adjust the price, so that I need not return some 35 , miles to retrieve the original items I desired. By the way the warehouse checking was unable to verify the (1) case of spray.

I had the best customer service experience. I received help immediately. An associate was able to help me locate all my items quickly. He also was able to answer all my questions. The one item not found in the store he was able to find it on homedepot.com.

Customer service is handled with great profession and knowledge which your employees obviously display.

Associates are generally knowledgeable; those that aren't have the common sense to go find another, associate to ask. All seem to know exactly where to find things or where they can be located. I've had a number of bad experiences with the Lowe's store that is closer to my home (1/2 the distance), but would rather drive the extra three miles and be treated like a customer. The service, friendliness, and responsiveness is just better here.

I had no problem returning an item that I had incorrectly purchased for my water softner.

A young man by the name of Daniel, in lumber was very kind and helpful to me as a senior citizen. He went out of his way to select, cut and even drilled a hole in the plank I was purchasing. I was very pleased and it went so quick and smoothly. Thank you Daniel, you are a fine young man.

The employees are always helpful and the cashiers at the Pro Desk will keep me coming back to this location.

Overall the associates there are very helpful. I visit the store multiple times in a week and I always get great customer service. Everyone there really knows a lot about the different products in all areas. Keep up the great work.

Looking for prespooled trimmer string. Bins were disorganized and several packages were opened. Found what I needed but were hard to locate. Cashier not very friendly and seemed to be more concerned about talking with another associate about their schedules. I did not feel that I was put first as their aprons indicate.

The customer service was good and the associate were helpful and gave me some good tips on maintenance.

I augered a hole to plant a tree in my front yard, and went through two wires that hook-into my drip system solenoid. In a pinch, I spliced-in twisted copper wire onto cables of the same gauge, and stopped to ask the associate in electrical if I needed to remove the twisted copper wire and use cable and use grease caps, or just grease caps. Got the answer I needed, explained to me in sufficient detail.

Every employee working at the time asked if I needed help, something you don't experience too often!
