Customer service is factastic... the employees are very friendly and helpful and the store is clean and well stocked....love my local Home Depot.

This applies to some of the employees not all. If you work in customer service and cannot talk to or hate talking to customers then find another profession. Adapt or be replaced. Specifically some of the cashiers need to just be more helpful and nice. As a whole, Home Depot is exactly what you would expect, if you know what you want it's a great place but this review is in terms of their customer service. Like I said this is only some of the employees not all. A smile and a simple how do you do goes a long way.

out of basic stock items, carts never seem to be in the stores but left in parking lot

So recently I was shopping for a new refrigerator and I went to several stores in our area. The best deal and service was this Home Depot. So of course this is where we will be getting our new fridge delivered on Tuesday and hope all goes well with that experience as well!

Out of stock on basic items, check outs always slow and not open, carts not in the store - you have to get your own from the parking lot. Lots of employees but no one seems to be getting anything done. Treated lumber better at Lowes.

There seems to be employees around everywhere, but I always have to hunt and wait to checkout, make returns, pick-up an online order, everything. I now do my online and returns at other stores, and drive further to them to avoid the frustration of this store.

Despite being a large floor, associates are easily assessable. The Phoenix store is well-stocked, and the delivery process is nicely organized. Best of all is the friendly atmosphere which is indicative of good management objectives that generate a feeling of camaraderie among employees. It is our go-to location for most all our home improvement needs.

We are remodeling our bathroom and went to buy materials for our contractor and the employees were so knowledgeable and helpful, even took 2 of our carts up front while we needed a third one. We than went to their competitor Lowes and was treated so horribly even though they had what we wanted we put it back and at the recommendation of other customers at Lowes we went to Home Depot in Grants Pass and bought the rest of our stuff there.

I purchase a new stove from the Phoenix, OR store on June 24th and was so surprised at how easy it was to do. I did shop around to all the box stores in my area and found that the sale was to good to pass up. Great Price and Great Service.

I ordered a antenna rotor online and also ordered a booster I installed the booster and found out i did not need antenna so i took it back to my local store and it was supper fast on the return I am Very happy

Seems always out-of-stock on basic items. Lots of employees, but nothing seems to get done. Areas are crowded and cluttered. Check outs is in designed for large products, which is what contractors buy. Picking up online orders is a nightmare - everything is piled up at customer service area. Maybe nice for little old ladies, but not for building professionals.

I enjoy this store - the staff has always been very helpful and I really appreciate that. I have always found what I need here. Not much more I can say about that.

Friendly and helpful employees! They helped me find just what I needed. The store was super busy but I just waited and got the help I needed.

This is the only Home Depot in 20 miles and they sometimes act like they know it. I much prefer Lowes but sometimes I need to shop at home depot

We stopped by on Memorial weekend for supplies and to put in a pick-up order. VERY busy day and not enough cashiers to handle the 'crowd' of people. After a long wait in line it was our turn, mind you, we were not in a hurry at all, but others were gettin pretty darn crabby :-( Our cashier MONROE was a 'SUPER STAR' I watched her through out the long line, she never lost her composure she was smiling and joking the whole time :-) We had a few bumps in the road with our transactions, but Monroe made our day!! She laughed and joked with us, she gave us her whole attention and allowed us to be part of the solution. I had my own business for 10 yrs and I would of DEFINITELY hired her as she would of been a great asset to my business!!

Anytime I'm doing a project that I have no idea how to do (happens a lot) the people at Home Depot will help me in any way I need until I am satisfied. This doesn't happen at Loews...both stores just as busy...customer service makes the difference at the Home Depot ...I've found this to be consistent and long term also...not just one visit...they just try harder then other stores and saves me time and frustration. Thank you Home Depot of Phoenix
