Went to return desk was backed up an one lady watched the other do Ll the work I was puzzled...I 2as taught to help other people in line not to watch 2 registers I guess she couldn't talk n work so sad.

Good help with what I needed in the appliance department. Guy was very knowledgeable

i like the picayune homedepot better then the one in slidell

Love that you can drive your truck through the store and load up right into your truck.

The store is always clean , the associates are always helpful and I have never had any issue finding anything in this store..

Every time I have visited the Picayune location of Home Depot, employees have been right there to help me, and are very knowledgeable and respectful. On my latest visit, I had to pick up 25 bags of garden mulch. The employees were right there to help me and loaded my purchase for me and had me on my way in no time. I really appreciate this, as I am disabled and unable to lift such heavy bags. Hats off to the employees at the Picayune location! They have a great team and go over and above to help their customers.

Locating what I what looking for and associate loading my vehicle was a plus.

BEST HOME DEPOT STORE EVER VISITED. LIVE ONE MILE FROM YOUR SLIDELL, LA STORE AND PASS THE SLIDELL STORE AND DRIVE 25 MILES TO PICAYUNE. OFFICE LOCATED 1 MILE FROM HOME DEPOT ON VETERANS AVENUE IN METAIRIE, AND WALKING IN THERE IS LIKE A JOKE. ONLY TIME YOU EVER GET ATTENTION IN THE METAIRIE STORE MUST BE WHEN CORPORATE PEOPLE OBVIOUSLY ARE VISITING THE STORE, THEN ITS LIKE THEY ALL ARE EAGER TO LOOK BUSY. I PROBABLY VISIT THE PICAYUNE STORE WEEKLY AND MY MOST RECENT VISIT MAY 14TH WAS AGAIN POSITIVE AND TWO ASSOCIATES WHO HELPED ME WER MS. SUE AND DARRELL IN THE GARDEN CENTER. POSITIVE ATTITUDES AND GREAT SERVICE.

I have never once, in 10 year, met an employee that wouldn't go out of their way to help you find something. They are terrific people. The drive through lumber department is one of the plus features about this store can offer.

The people were very available and helpful in each part of the store I visited. The puchases I made went quickly even with the saleman checking to make sure the item was instock and available for immediate pickup. Checkout went smoothly and quickly, followed by quick loading of my purchases. Thanks for a very pleasant shopping experience.

Often visit this store. We have numerous properties and Home Depot has made it easy for us to maintain our homes. THANKS A BUNCH!!!
