The associates that helped me today, Greg in painting, Gordon getting the roll of fencing wire down off top shelf, LuAann as the cashier and Stephen to load my vehicle. That was a perfect crew and a great day at Home Depot for shopping

Everything is always easy to find. I've bought my washer/dryer there, as well as most recently a dishwasher, range, and fridge. Very knowledgeable in the appliance department, and fantastic customer service as well.

Basically i went into buy just a ROBI hand sander for my girlfriends birthday gift, the assoicate after listening to my concerns and needs then quickly suggested a ad on gift of Screw Gun and Impact Drill which came with a charger and 2 batteries, IM VERY HAPPY with the direction and suggestions from her i wish i knew her name ( older lady with blonde lady and glasses with a great smile and personalilty is all i remember. THANK YOU

I love shopping at home depot. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for. They don't tell you where it is, they take you there and help explain what you will need.

I always find what I am looking for at the Home Depot, if not there is always someone the help.

This trip was easy. Found the item where you would expect it, got it and did self check out. Nice change ftom my last trip!

store needs more staff available in specific fields to help with quicker purchases.Had to wait 15 minutes before anybody helped me then i had good experience with knowlegable person.

Cashier would not listen to me about an incorrect price. I will return the item and make my future purchases at Lowe's.

This store is always clean and friendly. Associates offer to help before I seek them out. The cashiers offer to get help to load one's vehicle.

I am currently in the process of remodeling my kitchen and find myself visiting this home depot quite often. I have come here in the past when remodeling so I know I am in a good place! There are so many options to choose from when considering my options for backsplash that it's almost hard to make up my mind! But with the helpful staff on hand, I know have have nothing g to worry about!

Products easy to find, isles were all clear and the staff was very helpful.

STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL & FRIENDLY. THEY ARE HONESTLY THE BEST GROUP OF PEOPLE I HAVE EVER INTERACTED WITH AT A STORE. IT WAS GREAT EXPERIENCE FROM THE TIME I WALED IN ALL THE WAY TILL CHECKOUT. THE CASHIER WAS SO KIND & EXTREMELY PATIENT WITH MY GRANDCHILD!!! GREAT STORE PLAISTOW!!!!

Paint department was perfect - associate was fast with mixing my paint.

The HD store in Plaistow is one of a few HD stores within a reasonable drive from my house. No complaints.

Paul in Garden noticed I was struggling with a patio set issue and came over to help. I was trying to figure out how to get a very large box to my home. He pulled out his tape measurer and gave me the dimensions. I thought our interaction would end there. He then suggested we go out to my car and measure the trunk and/or door frame to see if it would fit. We did just that, and it was determined that the item would not fit. Paul then told me about HD's inexpensive truck rental as I was only traveling to a nearby town. Good customer service is rare these days. Paul and Home Depot should be recognized for making it a priority.

Got the stuff I came for, friendly worker helped me find what I was looking for.

I travel the extra 5 miles to shop at this store. The staff are always in a good mood and you can tell they know their stuff and they don't look down their noses when you ask them where they keep the left handed hammers!

I love this store. It is always clean and the people that work there are very friendly and willing to help. I love the garden center. I spend at least 600 dollars each summer on plants alone and purchase a vast majority of them from this store.

I was very happy with my experience the ryobi cordless weed walker was what I was looking for.

Always Clean open aisles, helpful people, knowledgeable. Easy to complete any project I need to do.

Wonderful associate in appliances , MA5270, but in window shades very difficult to get an associate for help and the when asked the counter top dept. for help they were useless and wouldn't get off there butt , or even make a call !! Gary from another dept. gave me assistance. 06/21/15

No other complaints but myself and another customer waited 25 minutes for someone to cut a piece of wood. Ended up getting to know the guy pretty well...

Great store however prices online different from store
