The assistant that helped me in the Electrical department was just awesome.

I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE @ PLEASANTON HOME DEPOT. I SEE THAT STORE ASSOCIATES ARE MORE FRIENDLY AND ENABLING CUSTOMERS TO MAKE RIGHT DECISIONS.

I placed my order online or store pick-up. They only had 2 of what i purchsed even though the website said there were 3. Markell was very helpul and apologized for the inconvenience. I was grateful they had items for the project I was working on for work. She was polite and has a great personality. I will continue to place orders online and shop at the Pleasanton store.

The store was clean, organized and properly lighted with happy welcoming atmosphere and staff is very friendly and helpful.

This is always my first and last stop for landscape and garden items as they are always in stock and reasonably priced. I never leave disappointed.

Home Depot has become much better at hiring employees who can help answer questions. (Years ago, it was difficult to find someone who knew about the very products in the store or projects of home improvement you need help with.) The one main gripe I have is the 3rd party solicitors that are stationed at the tables towards the front of the store close to the check out area. I don't enjoy solicitors at my home, and I especially don't want to be inconvenienced while trying to purchase items I need.

The HomeDepot is the store to go to when you have DIY projects, but know the product you want before going as the store clerks are hard to find and not very knowledgeable about a lot of the products. I have been frustrated more than once to find someone willing to help, have had to walk up and down the aisles to find someone only to be met with someone rude. For the most part, the store is great, the products are great and the pricing is great. The store clerks need some customer service and knowledge training and then they will have an excellent store!

The item was wrong up at front desk for on line purchase. Everything went wrong online. Did not ship order even thought they had my credit card, said gift card was not valid (it turned out it was) No phone call or follow up. In-store associate at front service desk (Markell) went above and beyond to make everything right!!! 2 weeks of pure ....

Fast and friendly service and great selection. Picked up what we came for and some add ons like lightbulbs and work gloves

Lillian the cashier asked me if I had a Home Depot Credit...she told me about the savings on future purchases and was professional and courteous. No one had ever asked me if I had a card or informed me of the 5% savings. Lillian made the process simple and easy. Thank you Lillian I am looking forward to saving $ in the future and I hope I see you on my visits at the store.

Associates help in finding a custom door was the best . They made sure we got what we needed and did a wonderful job with their follow up . Pick up was timely and smooth

We bought paint paint at the Pleasanton store. Store associates and cashiers are very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable.

I'm replacing my fence section by section, (no rush, I'm retired) and Home Depot is the place to go for pressure treated posts and rails, the dadoed top rails, and a huge supply of redwood fence boards to choose from. Nice galvanized supports for 2x6 kickboards, too. No junk! They always have lumber carts available, and checkout is always a breeze.

Markell at the customer service desk is so sweet and helpful. She will get you in and out asap. Even late in the evening she keeps a big bright smile on her face. She's a great asset to the home depot service team

Ron Walker made my experience pleasant. He provided me great service and I am able to find what I need in a store. He was very knowledgable and helpful. He went above and beyond to provide me great service. I was able to find what I need. I am very glad that Home Depot has such a great employees who care about the customers and thats why I always shop at Home Depot

I would recommend this store only because of the great customer service I had from Marcy (sp?)who works in the garden section of the store. She went above and beyond to help me. She is a great example of excellent customer service which is rare to find these days. I am a very happy customer thanks to her!

it was a better then I thought it would be to get my on line order but I had to wait a bit for the casher to finish with trying to figure out how to do some thing but after a awhile she did, once she had started helping the people in line it was vary fast to pick up my order. It was waiting for me and I got a candy bar for doing a on line pick up. I bought a Smoker/BBQ and I put it together at home and there was a part that was broken. Call the store and they and replaced the part without any problems

for a busy Sunday afternoon the stores staffed pretty well we came in to purchase the fridge and got help right away we were in and out of the store in about an hour

Cherry helped me with my purchase of a washer I researched online. Even though the model was not available to see at the store, she was very helpful in making my purchase. This store is always a joy to shop in. Nicely kept up and not much waiting time to purchase items.

This is my first review. I have never posted a review in all my life. My experience today compelled me to. The store associates in the store were beyond helpful and friendly and made our experience great and choices extremely easy. They are very knowledgeable and ready to help. The store was clean and we found everything we wanted to buy .

The sales associate was very nice and made sure we knew what we were buying and informed about the benefits of a home depot credit card

This is always my "go to" store. I find that there are some very knowledgeable people there to help with my projects. And it seems that I always need to get information from the associates prior to and during my do it yourself projects to make them successful. I would like to give a special shout out to Melissa and Jim they are always helpful.
