We go to home depot often. My only complaint is it is hard to find a knowledgeable person

store was fairly clean and when I asked for assistance at the paint desk, the lady was prompt on helping me and I was very satisfied

Store was clean and associates were helpful...but you have to find them and ask.

since I am 85 it would have been nice if someone would have been available to help me load my items in the cart and unload them into my car. I purchased bags of steer manure.

Larry is the most knowledgeable person I have ever had to deal with in our Home Depot. He is like a human computer and knows where every item in the store is!!!! Every time we go in we look for Larry.

My husband and I went into Home Depot to customize and purchase a Tuff Shed. The garden associate chosen to work with us was very pleasant to work with and knew the appropriate questions to ask us to make sure we got just exactly what we wanted . It was a very pleasant experience over all. :)

I had help with the blinds and the different kinds and sizes and he cut it to fit my windows.

Employees are helpful and knowledgeable. If their store does not have the product you need or are looking for they will point you in the right direction to go. I had to replace some parts in my dishwasher and washing machine, they didn't have the parts in the store but the employees took the time to help me find the parts from a reliable website they recommend. The fact that they took the time to make sure I got the right part in a timely manner meant a lot, since it happened while I was in the middle of school (very busy time).

We are starting to do wood work, and went to Home Depot to buy some tools. The associate that helped us was very knowledgeable about woodworking and was willing to give us helpful hints.

The hardware on our ancient bathtub rusted beyond repair. We weren't ready to replace the tub, but needed a patch to cover the hole. We came looking for advice and help. An associate was quick to listen to our concerns, offer suggestions, and help us find the supplies we needed. We're delighted with the results!

This is a very organized and clean home depot. I was able to find everything I needed for my home improvement projects without much help from the sales associates. When I did ask for help, they were quick to be found and offered excellent advice. I also always appreciate the retired veteran parking :). Love this Home Depot!

my experience was better then I expected, the guy in plumbing was extremely helpful and the cashier was fast, friendly and funny. I will be a repeat shopper

The store was clean but not one time did an associate ask if we needed help. Some of the items we needed were marked wrong therefore we went way over budget when we checked out! However the cashier was super nice but we were offered no assistance getting our items loaded into the truck.

Everything was just fine. No issues. No big deals, until we got to our truck. We started loading our items in the back. One of our items, which was breakable, was waiting to go in last. A gust of wind came up, knocked it over and shattered in the parking lot. I went back in side, a young man came out and cleaned it up for us. Tracy, our cashier, went above and beyond and got us a full refund on the broken item. Thank you so much for all you did for us.

Home Depot has everything I need for materials. Staff members are very courteous

When I need something I know I can find it at Home Depot or through their on line ordering. I always am greeted by associates and find them very helpful whenever I have a question.

Whenever I go to Home Depot all of the associates are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Patient when I'm not comfortable with an installation and right there when I need assistance. The best place to have something shipped to my address. Great place to shop.

Home Depot is my favorite store to shop for all of my home repairs and additions. I enjoy the people, they understand and help in the area's they work. I can count on getting all of the information and suggestions on how to accomplish my task, every time.
