My local Pocatello Home Depot is a great place to purchase Home Wares and Items. I have been shopping Home Depot for 10 or more years and as a Contractor Handyman I shop there at least 1 to 4 times a week and have spent thousands of dollars each year. I like the Home Depot because the store stocks quality merchandise in large amounts and displays them in orderly fashion. They are pleased to even do special orders when needed in good return time. I have always received Great customer service in any of their departments - Fast checkouts and fast returns on unused merchandise. I appreciate their great credit program and that I can pay any bills in person right at the store. The Service Department and Employees are Top Class and always take care of all my problems. The place is always clean and even has quality rest rooms. For this and many more reasons Home Depot is the place to shop and even feel good later down the road.

I have several DIY projects and I have always been able to get help and advice from the staff at Home Depot. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff also. I made some rather large purchases this year and Jennifer, at the pro desk, has been very helpful. She also recommended a contractor to whom I could go for help and my project is coming along well. I have shopped at Home Depot for years. I'm very satisfied with my experience at Home Depot and I will continue to shop there.

This store has stepped it up as of recent. Seems like they are on top of what they have as well as customer service. I love shopping Home Depot.

Professional help.

Its a half size store, If you want a full size Home Depot you need to go to Idaho Falls or Twin Falls.

always seem to have what I need

When you need help it's hard to find somebody to help you. When you do they try to put it off on someone else all the time. I'm handicapped and to get stuff out of the store I need help most of the time and to get someone to help you to find them it's hard.

Great selection, but poor overall employee product knowledge.

Staff are helpful and friendly.

I shop there a lot . it seems like they always have just what I need. it doesn't matter if is plumbing are carpentry or electrical or gardening I think of them first. they are a great area resource . Thank You Lance Traughber

I spend a lot of money at home depot and I am rethinking changing to Lowes. I have had more then one experience where the person in the area I'm looking for help in isn't the person assigned to that area and no one knows where that person is. Three days ago I was in the plumbing section needing help the employee radioed for the person twice and then said I'm sorry we can't find them let me try and help you. She tried but I left and went over to standard plumbing two days later. today, I needed help with a question and again the person in the area I needed help wan't the person in that area. He referred me to someone who "might" be able to help me. I will be going to Lowes for the stuff I was looking for today. I only recommend the store because The cashier was amazing and I like doing business with them.

HomeDepot is amazing in Chubback Id. We will return from now on. The Lowes in Pocatello make us search for someone to help us. And we have yet to go in there and have anyone ask if they can help us. HomeDepot is the place everyone in Pocatello should go to!!!!!

I like home depot but certain clerks continue not letting me enter my email.

Don't expect to get help in the paint department

When I was shopping in this store, the employees that were walking throughout the store seemed genuinely willing to help me if I needed it. I was asked a couple times in a light and friendly tone "hello, can I help you with anything?" And then I said something like "no thanks, I'm good" and then they said with a smile something like, "alright, sounds good. Just let any of us know if you need help" then left me alone. They weren't like "oh, you sure?" Or something like that I've encountered in some other stores. Then the cashier I had at the end was very friendly as well. It was an overall pleasant experience.

Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgable!

Very friendly staff, clean store. Exceptional service. I will definitely be back again and again, even though I am one hour away. I have never had such courteous help and also extremely knowledgeable. The sales associate in the tool department helped when I was broke down and not sure what I needed. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. Her name was Bambie, and she must me a Manager or Trainer because I have never received this amazing of help anywhere before. If she isn't a manager or trainer, she should be. We purchased the tools she suggested and were able to fix our vehicle correctly the first time. No second or third trips . WOW, what a great experience. Thank you.
