Always a good experience to shop at Fort Gratiot store..........

The store was very clean and organised, The employee Joan M was very helpful and friendly.She knew right where the product was that I was looking for.

The staff is very friendly and willing to help any time we go in there. The stores are always clean.

Great availability of products and cleanliness of store. Majority of employees are lazy and unwilling to help, however, Chet (looks like Gordie Howe), Veronica and my favorite hardware lady (with a unique name that I can never remember) are great employees with exceptional customer service skills, knowledge of products and product location, and a willingness to help.

I moved to the area approx 10 months ago and have relied on the Home Depot for a lot of supplies to remodel our home. When an item wasn't in stock, they special ordered to my satisfaction. I also get a lot of good ideas there for projects around my home. I would recommend Home Depot any time to any one. It is like my personal Candy Store, for a do- it your-self-er.

Nice store. Very helpful employees and managers. Very bad at follow up and choice of subcontractors. Our major renovation was completely spoiled by their inability to deliver countertops as agreed. Do NOT buy countertops from this store.

I like all Home Depots, but the staff at this store is the best thing about this home depot and should make it a stand out!

I AM REDOING THE INSIDE OF MY HOUSE PAINT WALLS OUTLETS AND LIGHTING AND OTHER THINGS AND I HAVE FOUND THAT HOME DEPOT IN FORT GRATIOT HAS THE THINGS I NEED AND VERY HELPFUL STAFF. THE QUALITY IS VERY GOOD AS WELL AS THE SERVICE.

I am a frequent shopper once or twice a week now that we're doing some remodeling. The store is always clean. Everyone and I mean everyone on the floor greets me cheerfully. If I need help I find the nearest associate. If it isn't his/her department they will find someone who can. If I can't locate something, which is seldom, whoever I flag down will usually escort me to where the item is. I'm there so often I'm getting to know a few of the employees by name and I can't say enough how I appreciate the friendly atmosphere. The lights are bright too.

This store has some of the best associates I have ever had help me find products. I never have to look far or very hard to get help. Not all go above and beyond as the gentleman Nick M. was. But I will be shopping here again soon.

I am quite familar with the layout of the store but there is most often someone to help find a specific item. Employees are watching for customers who may need assistance and I've found many who readily offer assistance. Today there were two employees who helped me when I didn't expect or ask for help, very considerate.. The store was well organized and has many sale items. It's a great place for me to list items I would like for my birthday, Father's Day, or Chrismas, or a just because gift.

Just like familly there and always getting ideas.....

I had some issues with new home and a limited amount of money to solve insulating related issues. Also had some repairs of furniture. I was walked through getting right equipment, right price, and at some inconveniene probably to employees because they were obviously busy. Despite all this I was given time to make informed choices about what I actually needed, how to go about doing what I had to do correctly etc. etc. I was treated with kindness and patience. I'm truly grateful for exceptional service I get from this store and Lowes is across the street...yet personal help I have experience brought me back to Home Depot. Thank you.

I went in to do the kids workshop with my son and after we were done I noticed they did a grownup workshops but I missed it. They were nice enough to print out the list of things I would need and a gentleman by the name of Mike was kind enough to help me find the wood I would need and at a great price!!! I will definitely return to do more projects :-)
