Above and beyond service great work ethics practices through out whole store...

Everyone is so helpful if you ask where something is they not only tell you but actually stop what they are doing to show you where it is located. Then they wait to see if there is anything else be they leave you.

We were undecided as to type and color for our large living room/dining room project. The genial paint manager we had dealt with on previous projects was most helpful. We left with our 3 gallons hoping it would be the correct shade. The checkout employee took us out of line and processed us thru the Self Help. section and cheerfully helped us on our way! The paint we chose with his help was perfect. The area is warm and inviting.

My sales representative was excellent. She assisted with my purchase of a new washer and dryer and delivered customer service and knowledge far beyond my expectations.

Great store, friendly employees that know what they are talking about when it comes to products in their store. I had a gentleman tell me all about light bulbs and their specifications and beyond what I needed to know about a light bulb, but hey he was friendly and gave the best advice where to put certain types of lights in my house.

I have to say I wasn't a true believer of this store until I met Margaret. She is what I would call totally dedicated to customer service! If anyone needs help w flooring she is the go to person! I also would like to acknowledge Roger and Blonde for their knowledge and helpfulness. Home Depot on old Taylor Rd is where I will send all my home improvement customers.

I needed some items in the Landscaping Department and a young man, Malik, was there offering to help me. It has been a long time since I was blown away by the customer service of a particular employee. He was working outdoors and despite the intense heat, was smiling, friendly and chatted with us about how happy he was to help us. Malik would not let my husband or myself lift anything, placed our items on a cart and waited while we paid. He then loaded them into our car for us. He is a gem!

When ever I go to this home depot all the associates are very friendly and helpful.

What has happened to this store? The last two visits to this store showed that they had closed off multiple aisles during working hours to stock. It is impossible to quickly more through the store when you are prevented. Thus is very inconvenient to the customer. Stocking should occur after the customers have gone home and the store is closed. It gives the impression that the store is trying to cut costs by having employees stock product and not be able to help customers. Next time the first stop in Lowes.

I went in looking for metal rescue, AudreyAnne not only helped me find it but she also made sure I received a military discount. She was very friendly and courteous!

I came in looking for patio furniture and was lucky enough to be assisted by Darren. What an asset he is to your store! He not only answered the questions that I had, but he brought my items to the front and then took on the task of loading them into my car (which was no easy feat!).

To be honest I usually shop at Lowes because it is about 5-7 miles closer to my house. Today I searched the internet for a Deck Storage Box. Several items came up but I saw a picture of what I was looking for and it said Home Depot. I looked at the item and decided it was indeed what I was looking for. Out of curiosity, I checked the Lowes website and actually found the exact same item, not a close comparison, the EXACT same item. Home Depot was $25.00 cheaper. I will comparison shop from now on.

They are always friendly and always have what we need. When ever we have had any issues they have made everything right. They go up and beyond anything you ask of them. I would rather shop here than other stores just because of how I'm treated.

I came into the store and within a matter of seconds an associate greeted me and asked me if I needed help. The associate walked me directly to what I needed and walked me to the nearest register. The cashier was friendly as well.

Lack of customer service in the Lawn & Garden area (Weed Eater).

This is a great store, always great customer service. And there are sales reps everywhere ready to assist you. I switched from other home improvement store over a year ago and am so glad I did.

When it comes down to it - we drive further to this store then the competitors because the people are so much nicer and willing to help. And that is worth a little extra time for us to leave happy and not frustrated.

I always enjoy shopping at this Home Depot. Always new and exciting things to get your ideas going.
