This store can get busy at peak times, but usually the staff is friendly and helpful when you are able to flag someone down. Quieter times, I am often asked if I need assistance which is appreciated. There was a time when I did not like shopping at Home Depot (at any location), for I felt that I was always competing with aggressive contractors who knew exactly what they needed. It was really frustrating to ask simple questions and understand if I was getting the right items for whatever task I was experimenting with. But Home Depot has come a long way to serve hobbyists, first time home owners and, quite frankly, women customers, and this location is a positive reflection of those changes. The staff is customer oriented in a genuine way, I leave feeling pretty confident about my purchases and task at hand. Plus the bathroom is always clean, helpful when you have the family in tow. This store is my go-to HD.

I love this store even more now that Monte is a cashier. She is friendly and always happy and makes one heck of a pleasant shopping trip. You guys should train more cashiers to be like Monte. And she always gives my little Molly treats.

I really prefer the Power Inn Home Depot as the whole store seems friendlier. Store employees are generally helpful at all HD locations, but here the help is given in what feels like a more generous and interested way.

I always find the employees of the Folsom Blvd. Home Depot where I shop extreamely helpful, efficient , and knowledgeable.If one doesn't know an answer to my specific need most find an employee who can help very quickly.

They had everything that I needed to install a drip irrigation system, and the guys were very helpful in the aisles to help find things and get the right pieces. The cashier was helpful and patient in checking me out and assisting and resolving an issue with my credit card.

Store is clean and well stocked. We go here multiple times a week and everyone is super helpful and very knowledgable about their department. We recently took a workshop that we found was really helpful to accomplishing all our DIY projects at home. They have an extensive tool rental selection and are pretty well stocked fir renting on the spot. Would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for home improvement projects and tools or tool rental.

This was my first time at this Home Depot, now it's my 1st location for help. Customer Service was wonderful, Rental was to the point, and Gardening was ready to load and assist when I got there. Thank you for making my dreaded task, pleasant.

The store is convenient to my location and is open when every I need something. I generally find what I need. The employees are very helpful in solving my problems and directing me to locate materials etc. that I want. In general everything has been satisfactory!!! Keep up the good work

Consistently great customer service! The employees at the online order pickup desk are always prompt and courteous, and an employee named John Long was very helpful in helping me select blinds last week!

Great store, staff is always very helpful and they go out of their way to provide assistance. Sara and the manager went out of their way to help me out with a product that was not in stock and online only. Their assistance saved me time, money, and the hassle of having to drive to another store to find the same product.

Had a delivery that was suppose to be from 6AM-8PM. That did not happen. I looked online and my delivery time was changed to 2:38PM-11:00PM. That delivery didn’t happened either. There was no call. So where are the items I purchased?
