Store clean and did not have congested aisles. Merchandise easy to find and neatly racked. Employees always go above and beyond to make your shopping experience pleasant and quick so you can get back to your project you were working on. If you are not sure what material you need they are always there to assist and give you their opinions on what to buy and how to repair or fix your problems.

The store is always clean and well stocked. I almost always find what I'm looking for. I have never needed help and not be able to find it. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. It is my favorite DIY store.

Special needs/senior citizens welcome here. 100% helpful in my purchase! 5 stars!

The Prattville, AL location is clean and the associates are always willing to help.

Store is clean and neat but I would prefer less display clutter in the main aisles. It's hard to get a cart thru loaded with building materials. Sale people are great to work with and will make the extra effort to get what you need.

INVITING FACES THAT WERE SO EAGER TO ASSIST US. LOVED ALL THE ATTENTION. ASSOCIATES IN EVERY DEPARTMENT WERE GREAT. MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE THIS TIME AROUND.

The shelves are always neat and the floors are never cluttered.

The staff were very professional and helpful. I didn't have to find an associate, they found me.

Great customer service throughout the store, everyone was friendly and very helpful.

Employees that assisted me were very knowledgeable, any questions they did not know the answer to, they were able to get answers quickly. the only blemish on the visit is waiting 25 minutes, after being told 'he is on his way', for someone to cut a piece of wire. Which I never got because I got tired of waiting.

The store was clean and stocked. Employees were eager to help you find what you were looking for. I didn't have to wait to check out, the lady ask me was I ready and friendly. In and out in no time.

All through the store there were employees asking did we need any help and were friendly about it. They did not act like it was forced on them. The employees really seem to like their jobs. Makes for an enjoyable visit.

I usually shop at Lowe's but lately have been coming to Home Depot. The sales Associates have been excellent. They are friendly from the time I walk in the door. I never have to look for help. Help seems to find me. Someone is always available to answer my question and help me find what I'm looking for. Their have been times when what I thought I was looking for wasn't quite it and they have help me discover and locate the correct item. I have fallen in love with this store and it's associates. It is my new go to place.

THIS SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST EVER AT HOME DEPOT! SALES ASSOCIATES IN LAWN AND GARDEN AS WELL AS SERVICE DESK WERE TOTALLY DISINTERESTED IN GETTING ME SOME HELP. IT TOOK OVER 20 MINUTES TO LOCATE SOMEONE TO LOAD PINE STRAW THAT WAS ALREADY PAID FOR. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. NO THANK YOU FOR SHOPPING AT HOME DEPOT! LOWE'S OR MONTGOMERY HOME DEPOT WILL BE MEETING ALL OF MY FUTURE NEEDS!

No help in garden, out of stock in many things, isles cluttered

Over the passed few years i have had some bad experiences with Lowes, you cant find help when needed. Back in October 2015, had problem with item cost at Lowes and cashier paged manager for 25 mins (No Joke) and still NO MANAGER SHOWED UP - I walked out of store and after that i never have gone back to Lowes. I have not had any bad experiences at Home Depot - looking around through isles pretty much same item in shelves. Had to go back to Home Depot find receipt and customer service found it and gave me a copy.
