We enjoyed shopping at the North Richland Hills Home Depot!!! The Garden Center is excellent and always have what we are looking for!!! The Associates went out of their way to help us with a price on a plant!!! Thanks Home Depot!!!!

I have not always had the service experiences of the past in other Home Depot stores. This store has been most helpful in the various departments I have visited. I have recently purchased a home in the area and know I will have a long list of projects upcoming. I look forward to benefitting from the help and experience this store provides.

Every time I go into this Homedepot the employees great me warmly and aid in whatever project I am working on. Thank you for the great service!

This store has products that I cannot find at Lowes. Their lumber is also much better.

This Home Depot is my go to store. I live between 2 Home Depots & I have always found the staff at the Precinct Line store more friendly and helpful. I don't go to the other Home Depot unless the Precinct Line store doesn't have a products. I strongly recommend the Precinct Line Store!!

Please bring your own helper as the lot loaders are non-existent.

I have been coming to this store for over 20 years and it is my place to go and get the products I need, and the advise to use them.

Not only does this location have everything you're looking for but the staff is always helpful and friendly.

My experiences in this particular Home Depot have always been exceptional. There is someone always at the ready it seems to help out and answer questions. If that particular person does not work in that department, someone is always notified to come and help.

Great customer service every time. Haywood is one of best in helping with a ready smile and an engaging personality.

When I shop at this particular store I feel like I'm shopping at an old hometown hardware store. I see the same staff each time I visit and many know my face and welcome me warmly. The staff in the garden center greet me when I walk in and wish me a great day when I leave. I could buy the same product at several different stores but I don't find the same friendly service anywhere else. Shop here. If you don't feel the same ask for Dorothy in the garden center. She will address your problem and fix it.....I promise.

Great store! Go there first! I boycotted home depot for about 15 years after a series of bad experiences. This store won me back when I needed a product no one else had.

Bought a new washing machine. Marcus was the sales associate helping us. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He made this shopping experience a pleasure. We found the products we were interested in with ease and all of our questions were answered completely.

The best Home Depot...knowledge, friendliness, attitudes great. Always better than the other brand BOX STORE!!!

The store was clean and well stocked as I've come to expect. It was nice to have people actually greet me when I entered to store, ask if I needed help, and seem really ready to help me if I needed it. Unlike their competitor just down the street..... I enjoy this store and it's my go to place for anything to do with my home including appliances. Hopefully, we can decide on a microwave soon.

This visit on 1/11/17 to Home Depot, was great. The staff has always been helpful and very knowledgeable. I have never had a bad product when one of the staff recommended it. Many good people that seem to want to help with anything we need. The store was stocked well.

This location of Home Depot is well located and easy to get in and out of. The store is well stocked and has always has what I needed to find. Checkout is fast with the self checkout feature and an assistant on hand for those who need help. I Have found the employees to be friendly and helpful every time I'm in the store.

I recently had purchased new flooring and had my bedroom floors redone through Home Depot. Everyone at the store were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The company they had come do the job, A Ward Tile, was an awesome company, their employees were hard working and did an excellent job on my floors! I had quite a bit of supplies to return which I am thankful to the tile man Michael for letting me now, and received a substantial amount from the returned items. The gentleman at Home Depot that helped me with the returns and refund was very pleasant, friendly and funny even though the computer system gave him a hard time! He figured it out and I was on my way!!! Thank you Home Depot!!!

Store is kept in pristine condition, all product it in its place and properly stored and labeled for easy finding. Asked for help twice, employees stop what they are doing and followed through the product finding process until I had them in my hands. Dorothy, the cashier, very friendly and also asked if I needed any other help. Fantastic operation!

Great experience! I handed Rachel the measurements for my new fence, & in no time she put together the order for everything I need to build it.
