I shop at this Home Depot everyday. I’m a real estate investor & high end contractor. Time & time again Jerry at the Pro Desk has gone above & beyond to help me get the products I need in a timely fashion. There’s another younger Gal at the PD that is Great also, Mario the Assistant manger & Chandler always helps load me up. I don’t care where my project is; I start my day at this store for a positive experience.

This is my local HD. Ive had my shares of encounters with plenty of service reps. None have made a lasting impression. Moving forward, I will avoid using HD unless needed

I checked out and requested 40 cash back out of purchase and after she scanned my purchases said she didn’t have the cash to give me. And said I’m sorry. I said no. I need my 40 back. Another employee was near by and corrected her and I got my 40. She is Terrible. Short chubby hispanic female. She needs additional training.

This is.the.4th time through your store for.me to find items marked as clearanced yes with the yellow tags. This makes 4 times all items are not clearanced and they are full price. The first 1 i purchased after bringing it to yals attention. Next time through the store I will seek to document any and all issues and then seek legal counsel to sue. This will be in all stores. I suggest you not be like California an get sued in Texas also.

I wanted lawn chairs that were sold online only. Seana went above and beyond to help me locate the exact item. Wonderful Customer Service!

The GE washer is exactly what I wanted. Not complicated to operate ,easy instructions and delivered on time. Salespeople extremely helpful and delivery prompt. Installed quickly . Happy with purchase. Home Depot is the store for me !

All employees are excellent. Better than the Euless store
