We shop at home Depot allot in traveling .Provo store 4416 is allot better than most.

I love this store. They have never let me down in the service and knowledge of the employees.

Store was very well organized and easy to find what I was looking for. I had three employees ask if I needed assistance which was great.

Love the store just wish there wasnt so much stuff in the aisles, I had to go down many different aisles to get to one that my cart would fit through.

Fantastic customer service! Found a coupon for me and discussed multiple options of the appliances I was interested in.

Helpful hardware folks, many times it's another customer guiding me through something I want to install or repair. The HomeDepot app on my iPhone tells me exactly where (Aisle # and Bin #) to find stuff.

Needs of the customer was sadly missing, store processes seemed more important!

The program to plant vegetables and flowers into your own pots was a wonderful service. The employees who helped were happy and extremely service-oriented. I will go to this store again.

Fabulous service today!! Aarron at the contractors desk was awesome! They didn't have an item we were looking for but they helped me find where to get one. Now that is amazing! The kind of people they have there now are so much better than a couple of years ago. Good job to the management!

Our Home Depot Store is really old. It does not have all the products some of the newer Home Depot has, or it appears so. I'm a retired GC and have used this store for decades. The customer service and willingness to help is much better than in the past. See my comments on Jeff in electrical department, most helpful.

This store is always so crowded. It is hard to even shop and then when you get what you need, the lines are always long.

We have shopped at Home Depot for many years and have always been satisfied with our service. Our last visit was especially good because of the helpful employee Mandy in the appliance dept.

I shop here quite a bit and the associates are very helpful. I really like Michelle she’s awesome in the Lumber Department! She’s very knowledgeable in her products, always helps out when needed and brightens my day with a good laugh. I tell everyone to shop this store.

We go to this store often for things we need around our home. The clerks are friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable about the things being sold in the store and help us find the correct items.

The customer service employee who helped us was FANTASTIC. We wanted to buy a dremel kit that was out of stock in stores with our gift card, but I guess you can't make online orders with a gift card. So she helped us gather all the accessories that were listed in the kit and bundled them together for us in store. In addition, she was just a wonderful person to work with, very understanding and personable. Overall great employee and great experience.

The store has plenty of friendly and knowledgeable folks that have helped me on all my trips into this store.

The paint department was fully staffed, working hard, and provided great customer service.

I frequently shop at this store and normally have a high opinion in regards to Home Depot. I recently shopped here and found that Home Depot has allowed Vivint solar reps walking around and annoying customers. Sales reps are annoying enough but Vivint reps are on another level. I was approached, I politely declined and walked on, they followed me, I said I was not interested, they kept following me telling me about “how it is really cool though”, so I kept walking to avoid them. It’s annoying when you are in a store and approached by sales reps when you want to get your items and move on with your day. Home Depot is great, Vivint solar reps can go home.

The people are always very helpful. Lately it's been a lot more busy, so sometimes it's hard to find someone to help, but once I do they always answer my questions well. And they let me check out at returns because that's the side I park on, which is nice.

The personalized care and service I received when buying a Christmas present for my husband, was above and beyond the norm. Those that helped me did not act annoyed or impatient at all, especially at this busy time of year. They were prompt in helping me find what I was looking for and figuring it all out, and then in helping me load the big heavy item in my vehicle. And they were cheerful the whole time!. It was a very pleasant experience.

The employees at this Home Depot made purchasing 28 bags of Sakrete simple for a single individual! I pulled up at the pickup loading doors, parked my truck, walked into the first register, paid for the Sakrete, the cashier helped me with my coupon, I was done in one minute paying, and walked out with a pro loader named Kenny who helped load my entire truck. And when kenny was finished helping me, he asked me if there was anything else he could do? I thought wow! If every store was only like this! Kenny is the best!

In my experience, staff members are always very helpful at this Home Depot store. They take the time to help and guide you with what's needed.

I talked to a LOT of workers asking for help(first time homebuyer) and every person was extremely helpful, knew what they were talking about and went above and beyond to help me out and walk with me to pick out exactly what I needed and talk me through tips and suggestions for my house and what I would need!! Excellent customer service. I feel comfortable going back because I know they’ll take care of me.

So ---Now after filling out the form I find the ending date of the drawing is past. So why did the employee encourage me to enter???????
