My local Home Depot store has the best people working there. I am always greeted with a smile and a hello every time I walk into the store. I was in the store for help with a Ridged camera that stopped working. Two associates, Tom in rentals and Mary from special services went out of their way to help me with my item. They made me feel like a special customer in how they helped me with with my situation. I honestly can't say enough good things about about the two of them. Thank you Tom, Mary and all the staff that make me always feel welcome at the Punta Gorda Home Depot.

I always appreciate the assistance from an associate which makes finding items much easier than guessing the correct isle location.

Manager of the lawn and garden was EXTREEMLY helpful, went out of his way for us.

We visited HD to get question answered about window treatments. Our HD associate Michael Gabbard was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and very kind to our berage of questions. Only because of him and the quality of the product we will be returning to HD to complete the order process after measurements have been taken. Love shopping here (Punta Gorda store) as the store is usually not crowded, no long waiting in line, good inventory, clean, spacious, and the staff is very helpful with figuring out remedies to problems. Shopped here for years and will continue to do so!

I was on my way to a job site when i got a call to pickup some supply's. I knew where to go, and i knew they would have what i needed. When it was time to checkout there was help to load. That means a lot.

I drive extra miles from my home in Ft Myers to Punta Gorda to shop at Home Depot and pay 1 % more on sales tax just because of the nice store and mostly the very good associates there

I go there often. It has easy access, plenty of parking, and next door to a good supermarket. The people there are helpful and the selection is very good.

Clean place to sop with a helpful staff. A well stocked store withthe items I come in for.

I did like because I had to hunt someone to help me. One I did fine a worker he was very helpful. In the lumber depment.

Always find what we are looking for.. usually an associate around when needed, never any problems if we need to return anything.

One great example! I arrive a half hour before closing, I need a one pound box of 1-5/8" s/s trim head screws. I can't find them. I speak to Ralph, he looks up how many are shown in inventory, 6 boxes shown. He calls one then two other associates if they may know where they may have been stocked. A third gets conscripted when he wanders on by. They go looking when Demetrie, the store Manager comes by and asks what our dilemma is. He learns of what it is and goes looking himself. That's 4 associates and one store manager! What can you say about that, nothing but good!

I'm not sure how many women get excited about going to Home Depot, but I love our store, and love, love. love shopping there, or just going in and looking around. I love to garden and often go in to check out the flowers, shrubs, hoses, mulch, hanging flower baskets etc, and usually find something I must have. It's always a positive experience and the store assistants are always friendly and fun to talk with. And how lucky am I that our store happens to be right down the road, happy me!!

Always select Home Depot in Punta Gorda for many reasons. Proximity, excellent customer service, availability of products, friendly help, Great for all my painting supplies.

Needed to purchase a paint that would cover a metal shed. Not really knowing the best choices, I asked. The associate that helped me was very intelligent about what products I needed and the methods of applying those products. I walked out feeling good about my purchases and confident I could now use them properly.

Punta Gorda's Home Depot is the best I've ever visited. Welcoming and with plenty of knowledgable associates ALWAYS cheerful and helpful. I have never heard anyone say that it's not their department. I always opt for this specific Home Depot and always choose it above any other store of its type in my area. The Kitchen Design person I am working with is excellent at her job and zeroes me in on the best time to buy with bonuses.

I was very impressed with Steve Nell specifically during this visit. In general, I am pleased to go into this Home Depot because many of the associates recognize my face and are quick to say "Hi!"

As has been my experience in this store, I came away from Home depot vexed. Once again, I could find no associate to help me in my searches/inquiries. I spent at least 20 minutes looking for a specific security light that was on display but was unable to locate. I never saw an associate even look down the aisle, let alone try to assist. After experiencing such poor attentiveness, I will, time permitting, drive the extra miles to shop at Lowes. I almost always find the assistance and products I need!

I do pretty well with home depot occasionally I cant find an item such as a water meter TDS or lettuce and kale but overall I do well.
