Found what we were looking for with no problems and the checkout lane was easy to get through.

Associates were very friendly and helpful. I found everything that I needed and I really like the self checkout.

I went to Quincy Home Depot as I always do to purchase water softner salt. At the register I asked for help loading it onto a cart and into my truck, because I have a bad back. After standing there for a while, I started to load the 60lb bags of salt onto the cart myself. As my wife and I had loaded about half of the salt onto the cart, we observed that the Employee who supposed to help us was just standing there watching us load the cart. After we had loaded the cart, the Employee walked over to us. I asked him if he could help me load the salt into my truck, which he did, but seemed reluctant. I loaded more of the salt than he did. Not long after my back surgery, a 60yr old female employee loaded my cart and truck with salt, but this kid clearly did not have the same work ethic. Most of my experience with the Quincy Home Depot has been fine, other than the occasional lazy Employee.

Customer servicie in Lawn and garden was awful. I was interupted, ignored, etc. Associate was rude and acted like he didn't want to help me

The associates were not available to help in a timely manner. The associate at the service desk was loud and rude to someone trying to talk to her on the phone with bad cell connection.

My wife and I went to the store to sit with a Kitchen designor and was very pleased with her and with her knowledge of the software. she made us feal comfortable and help us with the design. we are very pleased with the experience.

Needed a chain to help restrain the demon children from down the street. The chain initially failed, but not due to it's construction. It required a blessing from both a priest and strangely enough a shaman, who i previously just assumed to be a hippy. After these blessings, the demon children were easily restrained. Thank you Home Depot!

Even though we had several issues getting the correct cabinets the associates kept working to make things right for us.

I wanted to tell you that your customer service eprson in lawn and garden, (they may have called him Brad) did an amazing job on Saturday for me. I had been in Friday night and there were tons of one particular product. Well when I got there Saturday, they were gone. When I asked about them, he found one.

On weekends their is are not alot of sales people to assist you .

Had everything for my bathroom remodel and the folks that work here know what they're doing. From paint to tile, they had the supplies and the know how to help.

had very good service in the lawnmower department. The gentleman was very helpful.

I was very pleased to find associates so eager to help. He got a cart for me and loaded two doors by himself. He answered the few questions i had about the items i was buying. I was in and out of the stroe and had everything i came in for in a matter of minutes. That's the way i like to visit any store.

The sales associate was very helpful in finding a replacement stock number that I was looking for and it worked out perfect. I will keep the box, so i will know next time which filter to buy. Thank you!

Associates were friendly. There just wasn't enough help in the Lawn and Garden department. We had to wait a few minutes to check out and then a few more for help to load trees. It was cold and windy which didn't help.
