The Raleigh Home Deport I prefer to shop at has always provided us with the service level we hope to receive when we shop there. The employees don't seem to be going out of their way to assist you as they seem to be doing what they feel you want and need to experience. The products are a good and competitive quality but it is always the feeling of getting the best service that brings us back.

The store is the best one in the area. The restrooms are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. My only issue is the "special" contractor parking. I don't believe in special parking except for handicap people. I think I am just as important as the contractor who runs in for a tie wrap or the person buying bulk for his own home.

Jenniffer (Jen) is great when it comes to customer service. She is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. Madison is a great cashier. Always happy to assist. David is great at helping customer load their purchase on their vehicles. He is very careful and friendly.

This store does a very good job keeping shelves carefully checked, stocked, and re-filled especially plumbing, electrical and hardware / fasteners. The competition is doing a poor job on shelf bins which often are empty and not restocked for weeks or are badly intermixed which wastes my time and I frequently leave the competition and find what I need at this Home Depot. They have a lot of staff and they drop what they are doing when I have a question or request to assist me. Not so at the competition. This Home Depot is my first choice nowadays.

Cynthia in the Kitchen design department was wonderful to work with as I sorted through the maze of kitchen cabinets! Highly recommend.

Let Me start with I feel This Capitol Blvd store is the absolute BEST Home Depot in the Raleigh, Cary area PERIOD. They are always helpful and knowledgeable about the store and location of items within the store. Also a lot of the employees are helpful in problem solving which comes in very handy when you may need multiple options to repair or install items. We visit this store in excess of 300 days per year. I have tried the Strickland road store a few times but ONLY when we are closer to that store when on a job. I will tell you It is rare to have a good experience at that store. I find the employees to have been not only rude but like your bothering them when you ask for help. I do not think I have ever been independently approached and actually asked if I needed help where as at the Capitol Blvd location I am asked daily , They even actually speak to you when they pass you in the store. We spend a lot of money with Home Depot each year and I make sure the vast majority of it is at the 3616 Capitol Blvd Location. Thanks to those employees that make the start of each day pleasant.

We always go to this Home Depot because of the amazing service and the nice employees that you have. The store is always able to provide the services and the product that we need to complete our endless list of projects. :) Thank you

This store is amazing. The employees are kind and knowledgeable. They have always met my need with all the little projects I find myself doing.

I visit this location frequently and I have never been disappointed! All I have to do is look the slightest bit confused and three people offer to help me. Rhonda is especially valuable to your organization.

Savannah in customer service at store #3616 is extremely knowledgeable and has a great personality. She always go above and beyond to help me every time! Huge asset to Home Depot.

The store gets a good review on All Occasions because when I go in there I find what I need or somebody else helps me find what I need within a reasonable amount of time and if need be helps me get in the car or truck depending on how big it is . I can't remember going into this store and not finding what I needed to do the job .

Sheena,Jennifer,Savanna were awesome!The item I needed was not in the store so the cashiers looked in the system and located it at a nearby store. I was informed the item was on clearance at this location but if I picked it up at the other store I would have to pay their price.The cashiers offered to have it transferred to this store but went a step above and had someone go pick it up from the store with a Load & Go.If that isn’t going above and beyond I don’t know what is!These cashiers saved me so much time and I truly felt valued as an individual customer. Kudos to them for their teamwork!

Excellent experience today Received great help with lamp problem

I live in High Point but yes I drove all the way to this Raleigh store to look for some tile that was on clearance. I had been to four other stores looking for the tile. I arrive 30 minutes before closing and Mark in flooring not only looked in his computer but he physically walked me down almost every aisle just to see if the tile had been misplaced somewhere. When we couldn't find it in the store he told me I could order clearance items online sometimes. Not only did I get my tile but I needed to get more of it after this one particular day. I called the store and spoke to Sheena one of the managers and she didn't give up until she found the tile in another store for me. The customer service that I received in this store is amazing and above and beyond any customer service I've ever had it any Home Depot store. It was worth the hour and 20 minute drive!

Hard to find assistance, and when I did- they sent me to the wrong area.

I actually walked over to the store while dropping my vehicle at a nearby repair shop. My first interaction was at the clearance shelf where I was greeted with friendly conversation. I visited the restroom and found it very clean. I browsed through the paint area and observed busy but friendly workers. I remembered that I needed light bulbs and as I was looking there was a friendly worker who assisted and even demonstrated the bulb I would need. Excellent Customer service and experience!

Louise in the paint area was outstanding. I had a color match done a week ago that was not close to the color I needed. The person that made the match initially was of no help at all. She was called over to assist during a busy time and was able to do a second color match that was spot on. She saved the day and made it possible for me to finish a project that was in limbo.

Very good selections which are easy to find. Knowledgeable salesperson in tile department who walked us through selection, ordering, and checkout. Friendly service throughout store.

If you are looking for a knowledgeable, turnkey helpful building supply professional…..look no further….Chris ( I don't know his last name) works at this HomeDepot location and is absolutely fantastic. He helped me with a irrigation project I had to complete quickly before decorative stamped concrete was placed and finished. He was an true help. Thanks Chris and thanks Raleigh HomeDepot.

Helpful associates and generally everyone friendly

Most of the staff was friendly, informative, and helpful. They actually had what I needed!

Would like Home Depot to accept the driver license indicator of veteran statue rather that having them carry around the extra ID.

Sandy and Louise were fantastic! They helped me from start to finish with my foam board project! They went over and above to help me out. I appreciate such fabulous customer service. I have never had any better service anywhere! THANKS!

I frequent most of the Home Depot stores in the Triangle as I have a small property management company with properties in many locations. The staff in the stores are usually very nice, but this store has exceptionally friendly and helpful folks.
