Mid day visit, all was fantastic. The only issue was cashier availability. I used self checkout because there was only one register open in the contractor section and there was a line. Could have had one retail register opened to alleviate line but I was out in a flash anyway.

The store was set up very organized and everyone was eager to assist me in all my needs - people were very sociable and I would recommend this store over all the other home depotsl

HIGH END QUALITY AND VERY HEALPFULL ASSOCIATED . WONDERFUL.

Went in for simple HVAC filters for my home. They are not a common size but Home Depot had exactly what I needed and even a multipack for less than $9 bucks!

All associates i encountered were helpful and pleasant. One of my favorite places!

I RECENTLY SHOPPED WITH A HANDYMAN AT LOCAL HD STORE. WE WERE ABLE TO FIND WHAT NEEDED, GOOD PRICES, AND EXCELLENT IMPUT FROM THE SALES ASSOCIATES.

I love this store for their helpfulness which is great....I would give them even more stars if I could. I can not wait for the new Samsung washer & dryer I bought,and the lady in appliances was a sweetheart.

The trip was uneventful. Got the wax ring for the toilet that I needed. Had to use the self-check since they never seem to open many check stands. But it has been that way since they installed the self check out system.

Having to cross departments to find requisite pieces is a pain, but with helpful associates, the experience is not so bad.

I walked into the store and found exactly what I was looking for.

Anne and Ed are alway a great help with special orders or getting checked out and back to work. Leah works check out #1 on the contractor side of store. Knows pro # by hart knows employees names and helps them with there purchase. she just plane knows how to treat a customer

SUPER GREAT PEOPLE AT CONTRACT SERVICES STARTING WITH ANN, KEN, ED, LARRY, AND SYLVIA. GET TO KNOW THEM AND THEY WILL GREET YOU WITH SMILES AND HAND SHAKES. ONE PERSON NEW TO HOME DEPOT IS SUSAN WHO HAS GREAT EYE CONTACT AND A GREAT SMILE.

An employee, Bob, was extremely helpful to us. He helped us find a product that wasn't on the floor. He spent at least 20 minutes to find us the product we were looking for. He was very friendly, efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and dillgent. He deserves a raise.

I was completely baffled about what color to paint my guest room and was at Home Depot with a pillow sham to try to match. Laurie in the paint department came to my rescue. She very patiently got out paint color book after book, explained the different tones, looked up old colors for me and carefully helped me find a color that will work in this room. I'm off to start painting now -- thanks so much, Laurie!

Cashier Tersa was very helpful & enthusiastic about helping. I enjoyed my interaction with her. She was knowledgeable about the vegetables & plants in the garden department. I look forward to shopping at Home Depot when there are associates that offer the excellent customer service that Tersa gave to me & my husband.

We have always had excellent service at this Home Depot paint department. Associates are friendly and efficient.

Staff are adaptable - when asked for items of unusual nature for an older female to purchase they ask what are you wanting to accomplish with the item(s)? Since I use items for decorating of events, i.e. weddings and large parties they are pleased to think of new items that will help in accomplishing the goal. They are usually very creative and able to 'think outside the box'.
