Wonderful customer service, much better than other Home Depot store.

Extremely helpful employees!!!!

Taya the cashier got us through checkout in less than two minutes!

In order to get assistance you have to go through many obstacles. I submitted an order online to be picked instead due to having appliances delivered and installed is more difficult and stressful. I had my maintenance man go and pick up the order. I had called in on Tuesday 06/25/19 to add him to the order to pick it up. He calls me and they have no record of the order or cant give him information. Had to drive out to this location from across town to get stuff handled. You have a new employee with current employees, giving customers attitude, brushing the new employee off . New employee is trying his best to help but ends ups sending me across the store where there is only one person assisting and the other one sitting ignoring customers. When I finally got assisted gentlemen was irritated that the customer service didn't give me any paperwork. He left and came back with my order. He offered for assistance to load it up. Only time I seen a smile was when I was leaving.

I like that the Kellogg Palm, Cactus & Citrus soil is only $5.97 a bag right now!

This store has a sale for $5.97 a 1 Cubic Foot bag of Palm, Cactus and Citrus Soil! This soil is also great for succulents!

I've done a LOT of shopping at the Home Depot in Rancho Cordova and will continue to shop there. I have been in other large warehouses, but have not had as great service or as wide a variety of merchandise from which to choose as with the Rancho Cordova site. Why would I go anywhere else? It is always clean & organized, and the sales staff is very helpful with info and recommendations. This is the only store I go to for home improvement, decorating items, lawn & yard care, appliances,etc.

What a pleasant experience for a woman to go into the store and have so many helpful people I am very satisfied with shopping at Home Depot they just know how to treat people right. The store is very clean everything is very visible. Whenever I needed someone to help me they were there immediately. Very clean store, everyone was super helpful from my return at customer service to check out. I am on the verge of selling my home so the fact that I can get quality product immediately without having to go online and shop shop shop was very easy for me and I really like the selection good job guys and gals.

Recent problems with a Kitchen Aid dishwasher purchased last year has had my wife and I appreciating Poppie's friendly,professional and very knowledgeable personality in assisting us with this problem. I was looking for a Milwaukee M-12 portable light. Mike S. assisted me in looking for one. I ended up getting the M-18 portable light. Mike S. took his time to help me look for the item. The store was clean other than my wife knocking something down and pushing it out of her way with her foot. Not realizing that there was another employee right behind her. The employee laughed as we all did and said don't worry I will take care of it. My wife picked it up and put the item back.
