The store was clean, employees helpful, and plenty of early Black Friday deal stock still available.

Please keep your prices low to be comparable to walmart and costco. morton water softner salt 40 lb bag was raised to $6.97? so... I now go to Costco for the same salt brand for $4.99 but 50 lbs! plus free samples of food! anyway, home depot is great generally cheaper i think than lowes.

Store was well lite Clean and there was plenty of help

Found the toilet that would best fit in my master bathroom and all the things I needed to install it myself. Great job Home Depot!

I frequent the Rancho Cucamonga Home Depot because of the associates Knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. The Pro Desk and paint associates at Rancho Cucamonga are among the very best! I can go into any department and get the help I need. I have shopped at other Home Depots or Hardware stores in my area but always come back to Rancho! The overall quality of the Rancho Cucamonga customer service is always a cut above the rest!

Despite being busy, I found the associates of this store disengaged and too self-observed to assist anyone. The single person we finally enticed to assist us was condenscending and not helpful. I'm relocating to the area and plan to drive the additional miles to another location in hopes that their customer service is better. Easily the worse HomeDepot experience I or my father in-law have ever had; definitely out of the norm in comparison to our prior visits at other stores. As I stated in the title, I hope your experience is better, however poor store cultures like this don't appear overnight, so something to consider.

Store Associate was helpful in finding two items, by escorting me to both items and asking if I had any questions, or any additional items to locate, in a friendly manner.

I was comparing hardwood flooring prices between Lowe's and Home Depot. I stopped at Home Depot first, and after my visit, I didn't need (or want) to go to Lowe's. The girl in the flooring department was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I gave her the room measurements, she pulled out a little calculator and figured out how much it would cost, including moving my furniture, taking out and hauling away the old carpet, and evening out the foundation (if it needed it). She really went above and beyond the call of duty. I was soooo pleased when I walked out of there!

I am redecorating my kitchen. The store associate were very helpful in getting the paint color I needed and all the other supplies I came in for.

This store was much more helpful than the Upland store. If you check the website for your rental needs, make sure to call to make sure they have it. I checked for the Upland store, went there to rent only to find out they don't even carry the particular tiller. Associate and Mgr on duty said they didn't have anything to do with the website, that it was corporate that handled it. The 2 guys in the Cucamonga rental dept are the BEST!! Friendly, helpful, and they were having a tough day, but were very professional!!

I could choose product after associate's recommendations. Although I visited after searching internet, It was not enough......

I went here to other day to get a ladder for my boyfriend for work and I was in a big rush and first thing when I walk in is I was greeted and asked if I needed help. Right after that I was directed to where the ladders were and they even had a man carry it for my to the register and even to my car afterwords. Overall my trip to the store was very satisfying and stress free which I really enjoyed because most aces are not like that! I'm definitely coming back and I will definitely recommend my friends to this very store. You guys are AWESOME!!!

I am always greet at my Rancho store. Associates are always around to help and walk me to the selection of products and help me decide which is the best for my needs and budget.

The store was clean and the aisles were clearly marked, and I was able to find the items I intended to buy, as well as look around at my leisure. I wandered into the lighting department and found a five-blade ceiling fan for under $40 dollars and bought it. I am leasing a home but the light fixture in the kitchen is UGLY, so I thought, "What the heck!", at this price I can't go wrong -- and I will be happy AND COOL in my kitchen!!
