Is The Home Depot having an Independence Day sale?
Our Independence Day Sale, which includes savings on major appliances such as washers and dryers, can help you get a fresh start on cleaning. It runs from June 16th to July 9th. We have fantastic sales on refrigerators and dishwashers, as well as tools, grills, and outdoor power equipment, too. Stop by the store today, or shop online at your convenience.
Is it good to have a generator at home?
Restore electricity in your home even after severe storms take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are cleaner and quieter than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise in times of lesser demand. When shopping for generators, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. Always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.
Do you carry small moving boxes?
Make storage or moving easier by picking up an assortment of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you need, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Don't forget to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those, too.
How can I prepare my home to weather strong storms?
Make certain your home is ready for severe storms by replacing any broken or faulty parts of your home and hardscaping. If water flows into the crevices, you could be headed for major repairs down the line. On the outside of your home, examine metal roofs or roof shingles for rust or damage that could let water in. Gutters should be functional and clear to prevent water from pooling on the roof. Check brick and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces and water damage. Lastly, replace chimney caps and vinyl siding if they're damaged.
Do you have doorbell cameras?
Enjoy privacy, peace of mind, and safety with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a window when you can see animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off wannabe porch pirates. Most cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you flexible and easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as needed.
