The store was clean and it was easy to find items in the store with the help from the store associate.

Associates were very helpful with assisting me with my purchase of wall blocks.

Went to home depot specifically for a 13 gallon trash can, and the representative was very knowledgable about the product. The cashier was very pleasant and friendly.

If it hadn't been for the associate cutting the Aztec (composite) with the power saw I wouldn't have done it as well and it probably wouldn't have fit as well. It saved me a lot of time. Thank You!!!

My goal was to purchase a replacement propane tank out of the self serve kiosk. Today, the kiosk was not working, which has frequently been my experience.

The customer service here is wonderful!! I will use this location for all home improvement needs!

The Randallstown Home Depot has the most pleasant employees I have ever encountered in any retail store. Most every employees greats you and are very helpful, not to mention honest. I will always remember this particular Home Depot for the honesty that Cathy showed when she chased me down outside to return $10.00 that I had left in the register. It is always a pleasure shopping at this particular Home Depot but to have an employee exhibit such honesty is far beyond what I would ever hope or expect.

Was going to buy paint and David in the paint dept was awesome!

Had an young employee walk in front of me while I was looking at a product. He never asked me if he could help me or even said excuse me. I then had to use manners to get around him. I much rather shop at Lowe's then Home Depot. If there was one closer, I would be there. This is typical behavior for this area and youth.

DISRESPECTFUL! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! GO TO A DIFFERENT HOME DEPOT!

The products I purchased were easy to find and the shelves were very organized.

The assistance given by the Associate, George Reed was exceptional. In addition, the cashier, Julius Hopkins was courteous and exude a high degree of Professionalism.

The Associate overheard my wife's request over the cell phone to get one more item. I was ready to walk out with the other purchases when he stepped in & said I'll get that for you and he did! It wasn't his department. He showed the initiative to help!!!!!!! If only there were more like him. Made me & my wife HAPPY!

The store is always very clean and well organized. Products are always available in abundance. Most importantly, the sales associates are the absolute best! The from the moment you walk in the door, till the moment you walk out of the store, they are very friendly, welcoming and attentive. They go above and beyond to help customers find products, provide information on the best purchases, inform of sales, and make it a great shopping experience overall! Way to go associates!

Being a Realtor, I love having a Home Depot in my own backyard (neighborhood), the Randallstown store is always stocked with seasonal items that me and my clients need to take care of our homes!

I've been in at least 3 times this week and everyone was very help.

I love the fact that the store assistants are usually so quick to come to your aid

The store Associates are great and HomeDepot needs to pay them more money, for the great service they give to customers daily.

Associates are lazy and dont want to help costumers find products or give any information to help them ease their visit. I dont feel welcome and I will never visit this store again.

Even though the associates were available they never acknowledged me. Several passed me as i shopped but never spoke. As I was struggling to find the right bulbs, the associates in the Paint Department never offered assistance. The ones that passed me....never offered assistance. I felt disrespected.

Purchased a vanity online to pick-up in store. My usual Home Depot is on Joppa Road but had to go to Randallstown to pick up this particular vanity. Went to customer service to complete transaction and the vanity wasn't there. No one had any ideas of where it was. The front desk associate was friendly and tried to help but it was all in vain. The only resolution we received was that the order was pulled but now its not here, sorry for the inconvenience. I guess my expectations were too high. I would've thought that someone would've said," Hey lets see if we have one in stock and bring it up here for you." Needless to say that never happened or was it offered or any type of solution for that matter. This was definitely one of the worst customer service experiences I have had.
