The Redding store is always clean. The employees are so helpful , kind and go out of their way to help. It is always an enjoyable experience.

I keep comming back to Home Depot because it is easy to navigate, has polite and helpful staff and has everything I look for in a home improvement store.

isles cluttered, parking lot is a mess, no spots for a trailer, rude garden vendors taking trailer parking spots. got help in the store, but it is to hard to get a load out of there.

This particular store had a very good inventory in stock and a great staff that made sure I found what I needed. I live outside the area so to get everything I needed was very helpful.

I was so pleased with my visit to our local Home Depot because I was about to tackle a job I had never done before. First off an employee helped me to find the right part I needed.( from a picture I took with my phone) and then he explained in detail how I could replace it safely and without any problems.. And then when I got up to the check out stand , The Cashier helped me to open a Credit Card Account and saved me over half of the cost of the part I was buying... Bonus Day.. I replaced the part and it is working PERFECTLY ,Thank You so Much Home Depot

This lady found the paint dept help awesome. They matched my "chip" perfectly, and corresponding colors turned out lovely. The Behr interior paint and primer in one coverd, even dk brown. It was smooth to apply too.

I was looking for a palm tree and was directed to there entire supply and even met with kind employee who was very knowledgeable about what I needed and helped me understand a lot about my purchase

I am seldom if ever disappointed with this store. 99 times out of 100 I find exactly what I need. I always seem to be adding one more item from the specialty areas to my purchases. On occasion I have had to return an item that was the wrong item purchased by me. The transactions were completed quickly and in a friendly manner. I will be a loyal customer the way this store is managed and operated. To bad its not 24/7 :)

Ernie, the Appliance Specialist helped my wife and I by answering some questions we had about the latest washers and dryers. He was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. He made a difficult situation bearable!

Don't try and get help in the paint department. FIVE employees stood behind the paint counter telling very off colored jokes as I stood there waiting for help.

Redding's Home Depot is the #1 place to shop for your garden, appliances or home repairs! It always has lots of stock of whatever you are looking for and the quantity and quality of its plants is outstanding. We are landscaping our property and find everything we need to make an eye catching yard! If you have any questions, just ask a Home Depot Associate! They are friendly and courteous and really know their stuff. Overall, it's a great store to shop for anything for your home! Check it out! You will not be sorry but glad you came to Home Depot!

The Redding Home Depot is well stocked and very friendly staff.

The store is well organized. The prices are competitive or better than other stores. For example, I just found a couple of fence gate kits for $50 each. The same kit was over $30 more at Payless Building Supply. The staff is always helpful and there are periodic promotions so that customers can save money. On my last visit I signed up for a Home Depot charge card and got $25 off my purchase. That sort of discount is unusual in my experience at a big box home improvement store.

I called Home Depot to find out if an item was in stock that I was looking for after waiting 36 minutes on the phone I've become very unsatisfied with the service find the customer service, Finally. A representative answer the phone I informed him the item I was looking for but it happened to be not in stock. However I asked for a manager, says representative transfer me to about the difficulties I was having to waiting on hold for 36 minutes, he apologized and stated that they were having phone issues and that he was personally going to go look for the item I was looking for' just to doublecheck to make sure they had it in stock after Waiting additionally on hold for three minutes he came back online and said that he was sorry and that they did not have a product in stock. So after the phone call ended I moved on she thought that I was going to end up having to purchase this product online One out of the blue I get a phone call that evening from one of the manager Daniel, he told me that he would like to inform me that he found the product that I was looking for was if I was still interested in it and that he was going to give me 20% off for my difficulties with the phone . So as a customer I have to say if it wasn't for Daniels great customer service, Home Depot would've lost my business. it is truly awesome that he went above and beyond the call to call me back and to take the extra time to find the product they didn't even show in stock on the computer system to make a customer happy.

It was nice to find an employee easily to help locate a product. They were everywhere I went. Very friendly and helpful.

As a real estate agent I make many trips to the store. If it wasn't for convenience I think I would stop going altogether.

I recently went into the store to make a Payment And grab some chlorine. I ended up grabbing a few extra items and had my hands full. An employee saw me struggling trying grab chlorine with my hands full and so he offered me a cart and proceeded to help me load my chlorine into cart. He was very nice and my arms were thankful.

I was so impressed with the Staff in the Paint Department. Each and everyone who assisted me was knowledgeable, efficient, and willing to go the extra mile. I'm so happy with my paint purchases at Home Depot.

I think the way you guys handle the designated area for customers with "Trailers" SUCKS!! Every time I come there the spaces are loaded with what appear to be contractor vehicles with NO TRAILERS!!I guess that's one way to provide customer service.

I walked the whole store, I have a patio to cover so was checking out metal and corrugated roofing, and lumber, plenty of employees went by, none asked if they could help, they were very busy counting items on the shelves. I gave up in those departments and did get help in the Garden Department, young woman was very good. She helped me buy 6 rose bushes which were on sale. I put them on my Visa card and thought it was a lot of money but didn't check receipt until I arrived home, some 50 miles north. I never did get the sale price, I was charged full price. It shows that on my receipt. This store is not one I will feel good about going back to.
