Love shopping here, because you can fine what you need with out going to another stores.

Walked in to find an air filter, but didn't know where to look. Found an associate almost immediately and were directed the correct aisle. In and out in no time!

The staff was very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for! Even when I wash"t exactly sure what I needed! I was also assisted in loading the items in to my car which was great!

Good selection of appliances. This was our second time purchasing a major appliance at this store and both times had the good fortune of having Jack Littleton be our associate. Jack is forthright and helpful with a little humor thrown in. Very knowledgeable and pleasant.

what I was in the store for was out of stock at the time ( a common size cooler cover ) the associate advised me that a new shipment was to arrive in 2 days..that was fine with me...I was however , able to recall the need for another item that was avaliable so my trip wasent a loss...also alot of gagets to look at too...

I greatly appreciated the individuals who assisted me at the store. Jeff was the first person to help me. He was very helpful and patient and educated me. He showed me options. Because of the manner of how he treated me I decided to purchase the products we needed for a home projects at Home Depot. He really put himself out and it really appreciated that. Jeff told me he would not be able to sell these products and would refer me to a salesperson to take my order. When I came back to the store I met Carolyn and she sold me the products. Like Jeff, she was very knowledgeable of the products and would answer me honestly, the positive and negative aspects of the products. She was friendly and helpful. When I decided to purchase more products I made a point to come in on the days she would be there. I appreciate you because of your personnel and the products you sell. Thank you.

The associates at the Redding Home Depot are very helpful and knowledgeable. The store is always very clean and is easy to navigate. I often spend more time in the store than anticipated merely because I find myself browsing all their wonderful products.
