I am retired lady - by myself - home depo is like family - they are all so helpful to me!! I could not manage my house without you!!

Haven’t received items yet!

So far every time I've went they had what I needed, and employees so far have always known where I needed to go if I couldn't find what I needed. Cashier's always been friendly and helpful.

This store has special pricing better than online.

All in all it was a good shoping experience. Helpful and friendly employees. The store was clean and well organized. Found what I was looking for and was on my way in a good timely manner.

Redding is a busy store and sometimes it seems that there are not enough associates. I have bought concrete and bark that I needed help loading and the nursery register called someone several times but none came. I am a Roman of the age of 65 and it is hard to load heavy items. I bought 48 bags of bark and 6 bags of concrete

Yvonne from garden in the Tedding , ca location helped us and she is the most amazing person. Helpful, courteous, kind, friendly, smiling and knowledgeable with regard. We loved our experience with her.

I swear, every time we come in there is an issue. Went twice in the last week, first time to pick up an online order. Go to pick it up, they pulled the wrong item. Went to the aisle to get the right item, out of stock. Drove all the way there just to leave empty handed. Next time in, go to check out and use my veteran's discount. System says I don't have an account. Show the cashier the email from Home depot showing my account... that I have used multiple times before... and she still doesn't want to give me the veterans' discount, says she isn't allowed. Have my military ID, have the email showing the account, but apparently I am trying to get over on Home Depot for an extra 10% off. My wife loves their plant department, which is why they get 2 stars instead of 1.

The product could not be found

The Redding depot now has a fenced off area directing customers to the self checkout while several employees hover around, chatting. They same number of employees could operate their own registers and boost the customer satisfaction rate tremendously. Will try going to different stores that actually have good customer service
