I found everything I needed and the cashier was great!!

Our order was processed with "a smile" and professionalism. We appreciated the extra effort to make sure that our shopping experience was a positive one.

Some employees are helpful, just not the three we asked to help us cut a small chain. They blew us off and said someone else would come, who never did.

Store associate "Ervin" was helpful in explaining how to wire a lamp I was considering for a future purchase. My purchase item was in stock where they usually keep it. Other store associates were helpful for different items and self checkout was quick and easy.

The cashier Erika was very knowledgeable of how to return my online order. She greeted me with a smile and a very pleasant attitude. Erika, made my return experience a very pleasant one and I look forward to shopping at the home depot

It can be difficult to get help in this store, like most Home Depots, but overall it's a good store and I've always been able to find what I need.

The store was very clean. The people are friendly and helpful. Everything I needed was in one place.

I really like to fix things so most of time I know where to go when I get in the store....

When I need to find some little screw or hand tool, I often need someone to help. Tons of these things on racks in so many aisles - can't find them myself. And very often there are no people around to help, or not enough of them. This time I waited at least 15 minutes till someone finally finished with his customer. There was just no one else around so I waited. And there were 5 more people waiting behind me for help! Obviously this is a very unpleasant and annoying experience.

A good enough store, one you can go to because fuel is too expensive to go to another. But so often it feels as if I find in other Home Depot stores items that I can't find in this one. Also, it seems as if this store is always playing catch-up to the dirt on the shelved items, and to instances of where people take sale items out of their bins, reject them, and put them back in the wrong place. (Observed in electrical switches and sockets, and plumbing fittings.) I don't run into that in other stores nearly as often.

As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by the security guard, then by the store associate I run into. One of them even asked me if I needed help finding what I was looking for. I didn't have any problem getting the item scanned for the price or check it out. As I am a regular customer, some of the associates know me by my name and we even cracked some jokes. I was also advised of the sale items that the store was getting rid of/discontinuing the sale of. At the end of my visit, I was asked by a certain associate if I needed help loading the purchase into my car. I was again greeted good bye by the staff and I felt so special.

I was helped by a young man named Devon who went way beyond any of my expectations of what I expected on this trip. I am there almost daily and have neve experienced such a great attitude and enthusiasm to help.

The set up was perfect. The charcoal was right at the door as I entered.

When I visit this Home Depot location, there are very few sales associates that are approchable and friendly. Even though I live in Mt. Washington and this location is closest to my home, most often, I go to another location 20 miutes away. It really is hit or miss with the customer service. :(

I started stopping as soon as I walked into the store. 3/1 oil for doors. Oversized umbrella. All the way to my right I found mortar, but I did not find anything else on my list until about halfway through the store. Found the paint and even the mark down prices were high. In last isle I was able to decide on a product to keep weeds out of my yard. There were many to choose from with a variety of prices. However, washing machine cleaner was not located with washing detergents, bleach and fabric softners. A sales agent found machine cleaner in ilse 35.

Rebecca and Erika were very helpful in assisting me in finding my product. They knew exactly what I was looking for and where to find it.

The person who assisted me was very knowable of the tools I brought and showed me how to operate them. He took his time went above the call of customer services. He was my shining star for that day. My basement had flooded. He was the wet-vac that I could not afford and it worked. Thank You Very Much.

The overall experience was TERRIBLE. Why bother?!.

This store was kept clean and all of the Associates were friendly and helpful. Also finding what I needed was not difficult at all through out the entire store. My shopping experience here at Home Depot has always been a good one!

Each visit that I make to Home Depot is an exciting shopping experience because it inspires ideas for your home.

The store is well stocked . The items that I was looking for were available. When I couldn't find an item, an associate escorted me to the aisle where the item was located. The associate and cashier were friendly and pleasant. The whole shopping experience was quick and pleasant.

I was very pleased with this young lady. I was looking for an advertised item and could't find it. I went to the Customer service desk and was told someone would be over to help me, no one ever came. I saw this yound lady pushing a flat full of boxes and asked if she could help me. Even though she did not work in the lawn and garden department she stopped and assisted me. She looked up the item on her phone, then she checked to see if there were any in store, which there was not. She then used her phone to see what store had some in stock, called that store and had them set one aside. Then asked to have it shipped to Reisterstown. When we got to register she inquired about the best way to get item to store for pickup. GREAT customer service skills. An A+ from me. I wish everyone who worked in Home Depot was just like her.

The store associate was excellent and knew what she was doing.

Rob, a store employee or manager was very helpful in finding and identifying product. Kaitlin, a cashier was extremely friendly and helpful. Shopping at this Home Depot has definitely gotten better!

Customer service in the gardening department is outstanding!
