When coming to Home Depot I don’t feel welcome but today I was greeted and felt very welcome by a young guy in the lumber department marquic so overall thumbs up

The store was clean and uncluttered. I was extremely impressed with the ladies in the appliance department. The customer service was extremely good.

Great customer service and the employees are extremely knowledgeable.

Lots of friendly people work there and very helpful.

It's a warm pleasant place to shop. They make you feel like family.

I needed to get some keys done & there were 2 people in front of me. Mr Chris D 25 offered to help out while the other guy was also doing keys. He said he was getting off in 15 mins and could've walked pass & let the other employee continue to do keys. Which is why I took the time to say he did a great job & do this survey.

I have been shopping at this location for the past 10 year. On my latest visit last week (9/24), the customer service was CONSIDERABLY better than EVER before. I was greeted and helped by 3 different associates and each seemed knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to help. There has definitely been a change since the last time I was there. Great Experience!

This store has truly improved from how I remember. I usually go up to the Home Depot further out

Associates are helpful, store is clean, usually stocked sufficiently though not always abundantly. Frequent visits make for faster check outs because associates learn your needs & wants so assistance is more efficient. The Tool Rental always has what I need & seems there's rarely a wait.

Left the store feeling very inspired. Everyone I encountered was friendly and always offered assistance. I will continue to shop at this location. They have a wonderful array of products

That store is great, one of the best Home Depot's in the district even if it's one of the smallest ones. Everyone is very helpful. I got in & got out. Leon in lumber was great with a capital G. I like everything he brings to the table for that department and the store itself.

This store has awesome customer service the employees are always so helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. They know my face and are very welcoming every time I go there. This is always my Home Depot of choice!

GOOD WORKER REAL HELPFUL

I have always depended on Home Depot to come to my rescue, whenever I need something fixed, replaced, painted or caulked. I run to my branch & ask the salespeople how to do certain jobs & they always assist me in getting my problems fixed. The same applies for my garden supplies. I also appreciate the closeness in location to me. It is right around the corner, so to speak, from my home. Thank you for always being there to help the public.

Cashiers are very lazy when completing the customers transactions It's not only Home Depot but most retail stores Training should involve ( Treat each paying customer like you are glad they are there and patronizing your store with a smile and handling the customer there item or bag after the money has be exchanged.

The employees are very friendly and is willing to help you with anything. I can get good deals on the Clearance Rack from flowers to appilicancesl. If you haven't checked out Home Depot, you won't be disappointed, you will leave with something.

The Reisterstown Plaza HD in Baltimore, MD has an outstanding employee that went above and beyond helping a confused customer. "Bryant" cared enough to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Others told me the item I was looking for was not on the shelf, another employee just pointed to the isle I needed to be in. But Bryant actually stopped what he was doing, took the time to check to see if they had the item and actually asked me, " What do you need it for?" Voila and Eureka! We found it. One determined customer plus one determined HD representative succeeded. Thank you Bryant! You made a grandmother very glad she went to Home Depot and not your competitor. Your kindness is appreciated.

Shout out to Ali in electrical dept and Diamond in SCO for making my experience so pleasant. I was in and out of the store so fast the way it should be. Thanks for upgrading services at the reisterstown plaza location.

Unfortunately I go to this store frequently and it is by far the worst I've seen in the area. The shelves are rarely stocked, you are rarely asked if you need help with anything and the cashiers always seem to have an attitude. It feels like me shopping their is an inconvenience to them.

My experience was enhanced by Mr. Norman he was professional and willing to assist in any way to make customers experience a good one. He is a team player who is an asset to your team.

I fully enjoy every visit to Home Depot. I was a little shocked to see that the pesticide "Roundup" was on the shelves. Just the other night on an infomercial on television, it was linked to forms of cancer. Do you know if this has any validity?

My experience with this store was absolutely awesome. I came in hoping to come up with a solution to create a bracket with wheels for my portable hair dryer. Jim the regional manager and I created an absolute ingenious solution. He was so kind and even installed the brackets for me. The other guys, Norman and Paul also assisted with great attitudes and genuine customer service. I will continue to shop here. Thank you guys, I am so pleased with the outcome.
