Julio and Carlos went above and beyond any Home Depot to ensure we got the item and correct price

We love our Reston, VA Home Depot! This store is always stocked and if you can't find something the workers are always friendly and willing to help out! Some of the store's best workers are in the gardening department, they have great suggestions and always go the extra mile to help you carry items to your car (especially the propane tanks). We wouldn't go anywhere else for all of our home needs!!

Why doesn't Home Depot state the date of the sweepstakes drawing on the survey?

Store is very organized, easy to navigate. Friendly Staff, who are always willing to go extra mile to help.

Cash register person, Mr singh, was very helpful & was checking us out super fast and was very professional.

This a a small inferior location. The inventory system is inaccurate. Online orders are partially or entirelly canceled. When shopping in person, stuff is missing. Employees show several units in stock that are nowhere to be found. Trying to buy here is a waste of time. Go to any other nearby location for a better experience. Fairfax is much better.

Good Customer services. Very responsive people on flooring. Team loaders very helpful ! even alert while picking up empty carts ofd parking lot.! You don't see that very ofter on other Home Depots

Cashier 'Oto' was very helpful, polite and offered to assistance me for check out.

The associate at the desk for Windows and Blinds, Adam and his manager were very helpful. I had a great experience and feel in safe hands when I place my order for the window blinds with installation.

I wish it was more organized. Often things are out of stock, most recently in the cabinet door hardware section and plumbing sections. Items were loose from their packaging and bins were empty.

Reston, VA store has always been good to me. Convenient to my home in Herndon and my rental property in Reston. Staff friendly, but often busy. Plenty of parking. Plenty of nearby shops in the same plaza to eat, bank, gas, auto repair, and a locksmith store. Well run store this Home Depot!

I have been shopping at this Home Deport for years. It is dirty inside and especially outside. The blowing trash in the front of the store and parking lanes is always present. My favorite site at this store was the clueless employee who was using a gas powered blower to clean out the garden section while customers were in the area. He created a huge dust choking dust cloud. I reported this ridiculous incident to the on-duty manager who was clueless as to what was occurring in the store. The managers, when you can find them, are usually uninterested in their concern and attitude.

This store is amazing with wonderful customer service workers! Always willing to help and they get the lines moving!!

This store although often busy is well stocked. Service is great.

The store is average. It's not a huge HD and it will do in a pinch. Cheri helped me at the checkout and she was wonderful.

Generally I find this store adequate. I am recently disappointed by the unwillingness to enforce mask wearing. Given the explosion of cases it is more important than ever for people to wear masks. If retailers want my business they need to make sure their environment is safe.

Julio was extremely friendly. The is a rare but pleasant event in Northern Virginia.

I completed and paid for an online order and all items were shown as in stock at the Reston store. The Reston store canceled my paid online order without explanation. I only use online ordering for this particular store since I often find the shelves to be disorganized and product missing despite it showing as in stock. In the past the missing items were simply excluded from the order. This time they just canceled the entire order.

It's a Home Depot, like any other Home Depot.
