As a general contractor I am always on the go getting things as fast as I could to try and get back to the job site as soon as possible. Nichole from the pro desk makes sure that I get taken care of and with great customer service. It's employees like her that make our life easier and makes us want to come back. We appreciate all she does. Thank you. P.S. She should get a raise.

I want to recognize an associate by the name of Christian (Chris). I went to buy a Christmas tree with my family and he gave one of the best customer service we have ever had. He was courteous, friendly and very help. He made us feel like family. He made us feel welcomed. He help us choose an beautiful Christmas tree. This is why I love the holiday season. We get to meet great people like Chris. My family will definitely returning to shop at this store because of Associate like him. Thanks again.

My Family & I want to Thank Home Depot for helping us sell our house 10/06/16, we started this project Oct 2015. We bought most if not all the products that helped us rehab our house so that we were able to sell it within the amount we wanted. We bought products such - 9 exterior lighting, 9 interior 6 panel doors, 3 exterior doors, All Behr paint, paint prep materials, bath towel racks, flooring tiles, etc etc. About 90% was bought at the Rialto, Ca Home Depot and the rest was at San Bernardino, Ca & So. Fontana Home Depot's . Special Thank you to Rialto Home Depot Team - Dan & Trina and Paint Team, Bruce & Team - Doors, Luis keying door knobs, Robert, Jesse, Margarito - Lighting, Returns dept, all the cashiers, and All the many other Home Depot members who were instrumental in the sell of our home. Thank you Rialto Home Depot for being: kind, helpful, and most of all Great Customer Service! Through this rehab project, we made new friends at Rialto HD.

I have to say I was very please with the good customer service that I got from Earnestine in the flooring department she has been a great help I really appreciate the effort she gave to do her best on her opinion and picking out a tile for us and we went with her decision. She was very professional and all aspects of her job we will definitely be doing business with her again.
