Peter is very awesome in his job.
I bought bags of soil and stones to build my garden. I needed help loading in front of garden. The lot loader was busy with other customers so they couldn’t come to help me. But I saw Peter immediately helped me loading heavy bags and stones on my truck. He is not lot loader. I heard he said he is only an order picker. I saw him very busy and he was sweating a lot because of the heat, but nothing can stop him. He is unstoppable and very enthusiastic. He deserves an offer to move up at home depot.

      Peter is helpful order puller and great customer service
      I came in to buy an appliance and plumbing stuff, I met Peter, the Asian guy was known as a famous order puller and great customer service, I was lucky to meet him because he helped me a lot. Although he is not an appliance associate or plumbing associate, he tried his best to figure out what I needed. Great job Mr Peter! This store is smart at hiring the right employee.

            Your employees need to know where their real pay checks from. Ie THE CUSTOMER SO by showing them where something is located with a friendly demeanor also assures repeat customers. FYI.

                    Poor services from David night manager and liz
                    Today, around 8 PM, I went to Home Depot to pick up items and attempted to complete a phone sale at the customer service department. Unfortunately, Liz and the night manager, David, completely refused to process the payment over the phone. I was standing there with them while they looked at the company account, which clearly showed my name and company information. I also provided additional verification by showing my credit card (which matches my name) and my Texas ID. Despite this, they still refused to take the payment. Liz repeatedly stated that she was "following policy," but when I asked, she was unable to specify which policy she was referring to. This experience was frustrating, as Home Depot employees and managers should be trained to handle such situations and resolve them efficiently. The reason given for refusing the transaction was that there was "no purchase history" on the account. This explanation was disappointing because we have two different company accounts with Home Depot, both of which have been used to make numerous purchases in the past. For some reason, she was unable to locate the purchase history. For years, we’ve sent crews to Home Depot to buy materials and have never faced issues like this before. However, today was different. Due to this unnecessary delay and refusal, I was unable to get the items needed to resolve an urgent issue at my company. Standing out in the cold weather, unable to complete the purchase, was not the experience I expected from a company like Home Depot

                        Awesome location!
                        This location is always fantastic. Beautifully merchandised, organized, and clean, all employees are helpful and seem happy to be there. This particular visit I went to the flooring department and was helped immediately, the associate did a great job and was professional, efficient, and very friendly.

                            Bad Truck Rental Experience
                            I attempted to rent a 12-foot moving truck from Home Depot, but they ended up cancelling my reservation the night before I needed the truck for a move. I received a confirmation email. I even went to the store and confirmed the reservation in person. But later that same evening I got the cancellation email. I couldn't find nearby trucks at other Home Depot stores so I went to UHaul and actually got a BIGGER truck for MUCH cheaper than Home Depot. I'm never renting from Home Depot again.

                                Had a LD refrigerator, but updated to a Whirlpool
                                I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator on 10-14-2024. the sale, the staff and the delivery came off without a hitch. The refrigerator is working perfectly, as I thought it would. Kudo's to the Garland Texas store at Buckingham and Jupiter, nice work guys

                                      Horrible service by employee who couldn't care less
                                      Went to buy multiple items and all reps were helpful until I got to checkout and asked the person if I could get two propane tanks. He said he didn't think so and went outside to "check". He said there were none left. I went out after paying for my other items and downloaded the app and purchased two tanks. Horrible attitude

                                        I shop stores 0556 and 0559 regularly. They always have the things I need, even if I didn’t know what I needed when I walked in! Both the store employees and customer service are super helpful (when I need them). Both locations highly recommended!

                                          STELLAR EXPERIENCE
                                          I recently had a disappointing delay in 4 kitchen appliances purchased. The initial wait was almost 1 1/2 months then it was delayed 1 1/2 months again. I called and spoke with Juan and he was not able to assist me but referred me to a manager Heather. She was suppose to call me in the morning since he was going to leave her a message that she should see upon arrival the next day. I never recieved a call. I called about 1030 am and did not have a good experience with dealing with her. (I left a detailed review on her prior). This review is to praise Claudia who assisted me SUPERBLY upon MY recommendation to Heather. She took the time to have 2 of the appliances come in sooner and 2 new appliances scheduled to come sooner also(a modest increase from my original cost). She followed up with me and was kind, knowledgeable and thorough. My husband and I came in that day & got a refund and she then assisted us with our new purchases. I left happy! I would also like to give a special recognition to Oliver for the original purchase. He was just as outstanding as Claudia. These are the type of service members that keep me coming back and not going to other Home Depot's. Thank You
