The store was clean---employee were helpful and friendly

WOW -- talk about a GREAT experience. I would love to thank associate Lou for all his help!!!! Lou made my day. I had to make a marshmallow gun for work (halloween project) so when I brought in the instructions...Lou was more than willing to help this girl out. He went above and beyond his duties and helped me get the materials, do the necessary cuts, and put the gun together. I had my mother, grandmother with me and WE all were very impressed with Lou. Kudos needs to given to Lou. With his dazzled personality and willingness to go above and beyond to help a customer, he made such a GREAT impression of the Richfield Home Depot store!! Thanks Lou!!!!

Store is fun to shop at. Good prices. The best selections any where in this region.

the store was very well laid out and the staff is always right there ready to help! I haven't been in there once and haven't had at least one staff member ask if I'm finding everything okay, and if I do need assistance, They're never hard to find! I could go there over and over again.

This is the best Home Depot I have ever visited. Don't get me wrong, the others are also amazing, this is just my favorite. It is like stepping into a home improvement magazine and having everything you see available without waiting including your own personal assistant.

We live in Ephraim but we always drive to Richfield to get supplies when we have a project.

I bought appliances and Shelly Taylor was so very helpful and informative!!! Great overall experience! And then when we were having issues with the shipping - the store manager Ryan (I think) called and was able to get everything worked out! They were all AWESOME!!! Would recommend and buy over and over!

There are always helpful staff at Home Depot in Richfield. If the associate you happen to find doesn't have a complete answer for you, they will find the guy (or gal) who does.

I couldn't understand how the website indicates products are located in the store, but not one associate knows what they are doing. I brought in a sku and I had associates telling me that it was a special order sku and they couldn't help me.

The store associates are the best! They are always friendly, helpful and competent. I am including all associates from entry to the floor and the cashiers.

I always have a great experience when I go to Home depot. The associates are very friendly, the store is clean and well organized and I can always find what I need. Home depot is a great place to find what you're looking for and if you're having trouble finding anything, someone is always there to help. Shop at Home depot and you won't be disappointed!

This store had everything in stock that I needed to complete my project.

The store associates got me to the right part of the store and didn't mind that I looked through the whole pallet of lumber to find just the right boards. The associate answered every question I had and got me to the checkout and even helped load my truck, all with a friendly smile.

The store was clean and the isles were clutter free of equipment. The associate was very helpful and new exactly were the item that I was looking for.

I went with a list and quickly filled it with all the help being offered. I then browsed to see about future projects I had lined up and what it would take to do them and also looking at the cost involved. I always buy more than I plan. It's hard to keep your blinders on in this store. :)

I had excellent service from an associate in gardening. I was looking for Blackberry Plants and even if I gave up looking, she kept on until she found the very last one. By then, I was in a different area of the store, but she found me and took me to the it. Which I bought even if I did think the price for it was high for a plant that wasn't in the best shape. Anyway your associate went belong the call of duty plus, she really made me feel like I was a very important customer. I can say the very same about the cashier. She was very friendly and helpful. These are the type of employees every employer dreams about having.

Loved the store.. I go to HD before any other place... super people tons of helping employees who really go out of there way to help you... I did not know them or names but super nice to me

This store is so well organized and clean for a home improvement store! We have been to many Home Depots in Utah and in Florida, and this by far was the best experience. All the store employees were happy and asked if we needed assistance. Jo at the self checkout area was so nice and helpful, what a great place to shop and work.
