Employee working the customer service desk was extremely friendly and helpful. He provided detailed information back on the product we had been looking for and walked us directly to the item.

Rob, the manager, (and another manager Jason in previous contacts) took care of a concern over my purchase and went above and beyond to make sure I felt the situation was straightened out. I was refunded my money and made to feel like the most important customer in the store at that time to them. I will be back to this location for sure.

We needed to buy some garden supplies and had a good experience. The associates are very helpful. Ashley was a trooper in 100 degree temps. Stores should be equipped with a misting device for cooling customers and associates while standing in line.

As a contractor, it was critical to obtain some assistance on an item that I needed to provide for one of my customers. There were many selections of this type of item and it was critical that I obtain the correct one for the unique application the customer has. As I communicated to your employee of the importance of needing to know details about the item, he became impressively concerned that I did not make a mistake. He looked up information on the web about the product and he was even willing to take time to ask many questions so he could study out the specifics I was concerned with. The store associate Kaden was very helpful and then willing to cut our whiteboards for us that we bought here at the store today the exact way we told him we wanted it.

For Paint I ask Mike.For general info on things I look up Ashlyn or Marabell,or Garth or Brian or any of the other great people working there. For checkout I try for Alma since she is always smiling and frirndly.
